| Long time between drinks for this series Episode 26 has a scene where our heroine (Wu Jinyan) is knocked out. When she wakes up, her hands are bound in front with rope. She tries to wriggle out, but to no avail. Her captor threatens her with something akin to "the pain" from the Princess Bride, but gets bonked on the head before he can get started. Out damsel cuts herself free with her captor's knife. Later on, she shows the ropeburn on her wrists as proof she was really in distress No gags, sadly. |

| Yes it certainly is an amazing short! Seriously beautiful Italian damsels. Those wide Velcro-strap ballgags always look amazing, like big knotted cleave gags. Everything 'we' love about Damsels In Distress in a neat little feature. Almost 20 years old too. Love to see the filmmaker revist a similar scenario in a full-length thriller. Be like Gerald's Game only with fabulous gags as the two damsels struggle to escape. Those ballgags should be mandatory in everything! |

| On Sunday, Heritage Auctions is gaveling on a huge assortment of comic book and other original artwork. One of the pieces is a cover painting from "Best True Fact Detective," May 1956 by George Gross. It depicts a woman down on one knee having her hands tied above her head by the partially-seen figure of a man. Advance bidding is already at $850, so I don't need to figure out where I want to put it. |
