| Just added this verrrry silly cheap indie horror comedy to the DB. The gag scene in particular is well worth adding to your collection (and don't be put off by the bad endings, this is much more Wile Coyote than Saw in terms of violence) thou its a shame the main lead's scene is so throw away as she the only actor in the film with an presence. Title: Grotesque 2 (2024) Medium: Movie Actress: Elizabeth Chamberlain; Laura Fuentes; 2 unknowns Description: This extremely silly, campy and gory no budget horror thriller delivers a few scenes. 1) our heroine/slasher Midlred Moyer is drugged unconscious at the 50 min mark. At 53 mins in, she is seen on a beach hands tied behind and a bag on her head. She easily gets free and vows revenge. The rest of the film is Midlred killing a dozen baddies, some of whom are DIDs, all of whom get bad ends. 2) The best of the scenes features Clea (Fuentes) who at the 74 min mark is captured by Midlred trying to flee in her car. She awakens hands tied and wrapped gagged with duct tape, with a rubber tube in her mouth, which is tied to the exhaust of her car. Mildred turns on the engine and it's a bad end for Clea. Some good close ups. 3) Clea's friend is captured at the 77 min mark and then tied to a table and sawn in half by Mildred. 4) The main villain's henchwoman is captured and tied spreadeagle to four different motorbikes. | Ahh thankyou so much Steve a. Thirty years in the waiting and did not disappoint! Marvellous cleave, great close-ups. Miranda looks absolutely beautiful. She's tightly bound too. Reminiscent of the recent great scene in The Nightman. Shall have to watch the whole film. Perfect for multiple screen-cappings. You've basically made my day, week, month etc. Cheers Mate :) |
