Could it be Brec Basinger? It seems like her character will also be quite involved with the kidnapping plot

There’s another trailer showing her with the gag on, so there’s going to be some gag time before it’s taken off. It was posted on video a few weeks back.

Where do you see the 2nd woman? All that is clearly visible is the one when Madison cleave gagged in the van while her legs are being pulled.

There's a scene with Madison earlier in the trailer that shows her hands tied in front and cleave gagged. I assumed the woman in the van was someone else but it might be Madison as well.

SMILE 2
Anything of interest? Early screenings have happened and just curious if anything was in it. I'll even take a handgag for the lovely Naomi Scott.

Nope, sadly there is nothing, unless you count the demon pinning her down and reaching its arm down her throat. Good movie, though, until the ending.

Yes, I know. And what's happpening in that trailer? Oh, yeah, the gag is being taken off. Still a possibility those are the only times she'll have it on - split second shots after scene transitions. Wouldn't be the first time it's happened.

On a rainy day, I might. ;)

A crying shame that's all there is though! Maybe her next outing will have something. Glad to hear it's good. I really hated the first and hoping for a better time with this.

Makes me wonder why the hell they used them ...

Speaking as a former filmmaker: Continuity. For all anyone knows they spent one or two days shooting that one scene so at some point the actress needs a break. Imagine how hard it will be to re-create almost exactly how she was tied to a chair. Zipties solve that problem. NOT that I prefer using them myself...

You're missing one of the trailers. It appears she's gagged maybe in the back seat of a car, but the shots are just her gagged, not the tape being taken off. I think the tape being ripped off happens when she's sitting in a chair. There's also a shot of her gagged in a cell phone image straight on, I'm pretty sure that's her.

Re: Murder in a Small Town
Kristin Kreuk has been reading from the book on her Instagram.

Opening of tonight's episode has a woman, hands behind her back and a ski mask over her head, covering her face with duct tape around her neck, keeping it in place.

At end of the episode, same thing except woman has her hands bound in front.

Seeing Kristin sporting a nice big tape gag is a little surreal. Sort of gave up hope of it ever happening at one point. Lol. Glad it did.

Also, I am happy to stand corrected. Missed that trailer!
