Have there ever been any full treatment scenes in commercials? Searching the forums and database for “commercial” returns many unintended results. Thanks for any help! |

> Kristin Kreuk's upcoming scene may top that https://imgur.com/a/yHY8TK6 Is that Stana Katic? She'll have a guest role in the series and it would be nice if she were Kristin's captor! https://i.pinimg.com/originals/c3/65/e0/c365e0026fdb6cce77310abc8f80554f.jpg |

Looks like the episode will air on October 1. It's called A Chill Rain and it's based on the book 'A Chill Rain In January'. Stana Katic plays Zoe Strachan, 'a woman of seductive beauty and shattering secrets...' https://www.imdb.com/title/tt31540965/ https://www.google.ca/books/edition/A_Chill_Rain_in_January/SGyDCwAAQBAJ?hl=en&gbpv=0 |

'Stana Katic as Zoe, who has a gorgeous home outside town and generally keeps to herself but her cool exterior hides a personality that can explode in sudden fits of temper.' |

I remember seeing a Prudential commercial where a man finds his tomboyishly beautiful wife bound and gagged as they were victims of a robbery. It was for the renter’s insurance plan and the woman remained tied up and gagged for the entire commercial. |

I've done a brief browse through book the episode Stana looks to appear in is based on - didn't see any such scene. So unless they move away dramatically from the source material, it won't be Stana taking Kristin hostage in Episode 3. I'd wager it'd actually be the SIXTH episode - A Touch Of Panic. If it's adapted faithfully from the namesake book, which does have a gag scene for Kristin's character. |

A couple of weeks ago a guy was tied up in a room and gagged with the same black cloth also! While that's nothing we care about here, it's just really odd how no matter WHO gets gagged on that show, the black cloth comes out! |

> which does have a gag scene for Kristin's character. Don't know why everyone is so excited about this. It's probably just gonna be that split second of the tape being ripped from her mouth. The rest of the time, she'll probably just be sat with her hands tied in front with some crappy zipties, and no other bonds. No struggling, no true "damsel in distress" tropes, and just two characters talking forever. Such is usually the way with Kristin's scenes. Hope I'm wrong but have a bad feeling about it. |
