I recall watching an Aladdin movie with a comical bent from the 1960s in which the female lead is bound and gagged by the villain. She is suspended in the air by her arms and gagged with a sheer cloth tied over her mouth. The villain is on the verge of torturing her with some substance from a bottle when she is rescued. |

"Deranged Granny" does not appear under the "Lifetime Movie Network" schedule for Sept 7th either. https://www.mylifetime.com/schedule?month=9&day=7&year=2020 So at this time, it would appear that a Saturday, Sept 12th premiere date for "Deranged Granny" (aka, "Grandma Dearest") is more likely. Of course, Lifetime is known for last-minute changes to its programming schedules. |

Here is the movie I mentioned. It seems that my recollection of it isn't infallible. Title: Le Meraviglie di Aladino (1961) aka The Wonders of Aladdin Medium: Movie Actress: Noëlle Adam aka Noelle Adam Description: Djalma (Adam) is strung up naked (suggested by her bare shoulders, back and thighs -- this is 1961 after all) five feet off the ground and detective gagged with a black cloth. The scene starts out with the court magician playing with his new invention, a dancing mechanical man. All through the dance, the camera cuts back to close-ups of Ms. Adam's gagged face. The evil Grand Vizier enters and demands to know where the good Prince Muluk is hiding. Much mmmphing from Ms. Adam. Seeing she is uncooperative, the Grand Vizer dips acid from a ceramic bowl and pours it onto the top of a skull which soon sizzles menacingly. More struggling and mmmphing from our naked captive. At this point the magician says, "Sire" and draws his hand across his mouth indicating our cutie is still gagged. "I know, you idiot," cackles the evil Vizier. Outside the palace the crowds are celebrating a royal birth with fireworks. Comments the torturer, as he contemplates his helpless victim: "Let the mortals have their simple pleasures." Quite so! At this point the bad guys are called away to more pressing matters leaving Ms. Adam to contemplate the acid burning on the skull. Fortunately, the prince spies her from a secret passage and rescues her. This is a very, very long scene. At the end of the movie, Aladdin (with the aid of the genie) defeats the evil Vizier and is whisked to the bad guy's tent, where Ms. Adam has been left hanging naked (at least we assume she is naked because a strategically placed shield covers her best parts) from the tent's ridge pole awaiting the Vizier's "triumphant" return. Her chin is on her chest in despair. Aladdin glances up in surprise and says, "Gee, up to now, I always thought of her as a kind of sister." Absolutely priceless stuff. The raven-haired Ms. Adam is lovely in a Rubenesque sort of way. At the end of the first scene, the prince is watching from a tunnel which runs beneath our bound cutie. Looking up at her through a grate in the floor his sidekick says, "I know that girl." The Prince says, "So do I". You have or wonder what they are seeing as the grate is almost directly beneath her feet. |

| Does anyone know whatever happened to that film Lowriders? I remember there was a still from the film posted a while back with the über cutie Melissa Benoist handgagged really tight. I just watched the film and I didn’t see a thing! Does anyone know what happened? |

| If you do an image search, you will find it pretty quickly enough. It’s not a still from the movie, but appears to be her goofing off with a coworker. |

So, it isn’t a screen grab from the movie, but rather a still of them goofing around on set? That’s so sad! That means that still is all we’ll ever have! I was hoping it was from the film so that we would have a clip of Melissa getting handgagged! |
