Or two? That sounds like you know something about the chance it holds

Unfortunately nothing but a couple of minor scenes involving handcuffs.

Re: Favorite Show For Bondage?
The older Dr Who series always seemed to have a female companion readily available for the alien death trap of the week. Give them a few extra points for general creativity.

Avengers was, of course, a no brainer choice.

Girl from UNCLE had Stephany Powers, always good for a sexy costume and a karate chop.

Get smart was also good. 99 was a 60s ideal and Max never failed to put her in danger.

For Saturday mornings, Penelope Pitstop was built on the premise of a dirty old man capturing and tying her in a death trap for fun and profit.

Vampires Vs. The Bronx
This is hitting Netflix on October 2nd, which is next Friday. Nothing indicative of any potential DID material, but Sarah Gadon is among the cast. Wouldn't be the first time a woman has been bound and gagged in a vampire film or work (Sheryl Lee in Vampires and Alyson Hannigan in some of her Buffy scenes come to mind right away), so while nothing is guaranteed it's still a possibility.

(spoilers beyond here, I guess)

At one point it seems Sarah's character becomes a vampire going by some behind-the-scenes images. Female vampires being B&G has happened before, so whether Sarah joins that list, who knows. It'd be nice for her to get a surprise scene here and one that amends for her very disappointing one she had earlier this year in Most Dangerous Game. We shall see come next Friday.

Shaken by J A Konrath. Listen to it as an audio book read by a woman. In Chapter I itself, she reads a detailed description of how she is lying tied and ball gagged

From the summary in amazon - Chicago cop Jacqueline "Jack" Daniels has chased, and caught, dozens of dangerous criminals over the course of her career. But she's about to meet her match. When Jack wakes up in a storage locker, bound and gagged, she knows with chilling certainty who her abductor is. He's called "Mr. K." More than two hundred homicides have been attributed to him. His victims
