I always that Dulce Maria's fire engine red hair color in her scene from Rebelde was kinda exotic or at least unusual. Somebody also posted a scene in the video page starring a Purple haired Latina. Her first name is Mayte if you want to look up the post. Also, I remember a Russian commercial featuring a hottie with short blue hair and a star trek kinda outfit bound and gagged. I can't remember if she was gagged with tape or if she had a rubber ducky stuffed in her mouth. The commercial was for chewing gum or toothpaste, if that helps. |

| Could someone please tell me the title of the Lifetime movie that aired between ten to fifteen years ago that was based on the BTK Killer, who terrorized the Kansas City, MO metro area? It featured around six bound and gagged actresses, as I recall. |

Will never forget seeing it for the first time and I've always been immensely grateful for that show's existance for giving us such an amazing scene. |

The city is about 185 miles from Kansas City, MO. |

All three were real troopers allowing themselves to be bound and gagged multiple times in their respective series. Especially the last two, as you didn't really expect a show like X-Files to produce like that and O'Dell, bless her heart, not only got tied up lots of times, but she did it (mostly) wearing a revealing bikini outfit that got noticeably skimpier every year. |

Is this the one you're thinking of: Title: Legacy of Fear (2006) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Veronique-Natale Szalankiewicz, Jean Nicolai, Teri Polo, multiple unknowns Description: 0:04' Cops are at a crime scene where a gal is lying face down on a sofa. Her hands are bound behind her with tape and also has her mouth ducttaped. There are several polariods scattered around. 0:08' Cop's wife Linda (Nicolai) and daughter Jeannie (Szalankiewicz) are the next persons to encounter the killer. Jeannie is sitting in a closet, hands behind her back (bonds not shown), feet unbound, and gagged with a strip of duct tape. Linda is tortured on the bed but not gagged during this. The killer calls the cop and places the phone next to Linda, showing us that she is now tape gagged but not bound. Cop arrives to find her dead, but now lying on her front with her hands bound behind with tape. He then finds Jeannie still bound and gagged in the closet, looking terrified in a close-up of her face. 0:15' Polo arrives at a garage to find dead gal lying face down on the floor. The gal is gagged and had her hands bound behind her. There are a couple polariods of the gal also. 0:26' A couple are having a romp in the woods and the gal rolls over to see the gagged face of another victim. Polo arrives to exam the victim and there are polariods of the victim scattered around. 0:50' Polo arrives and searches to woods for the next victim. She encounters the next victim still alive. The victim walks up to Polo and the gal is tape gagged. Her hands are bound behind her. Unfortunately Polo is knocked out and that ends that scene. (Darkly light scene) 0:58' Polo has a flashback of Jeannie bound and gagged in the closet, from a slightly different angle. 1:02' Victim at the 0:50' is found dead lying on the shore of a lake. She is lying on her bound hands and is gagged. Several polariods are spread around also. 1:26' Polo and male friend go to Polo's old house where her mom was killed. Her male partner turns her over on the bed and proceeds to tape her hands behind her. Man is she feisty. After turning the lights on and making Polo finally remember where she is at, the male friend opens the closet to show the bound and gagged grandmother in the closet. Polo manages to bring her bound hands up around her butt and proceeds get herself loose. She then proceeds to untie her grandmother. Times are w/o commercials. I remember reading this novel during the 1980s! The policewoman who is bound and gagged relishes exerting her power over impoverished Latino migrants who have no recourse against her. She coerces them into participating in sexual role play in cheap motels. One such scenario goes awry, and she somehow winds up with her hands cuffed behind her back with her own handcuffs. The migrant who is with her in the cheap fleabag motel gags her with her panties, by either stuffing them in her mouth or tying them between her teeth. |

Thanks, but this wasn't it. It was a fictionalized account, with a serial killer who was assigned similar initials by the media. His victims were found bound and gagged in several different sections of the city. The serial killer was modeled on Dave Rader, the BTK killer, but selected hot young girls as his victims; I don't think the real BTK killer did. |
