| Watching Pacific Rim 2 on tv seeing cute little Cailee Spaeny in action reminded me how even cuter she looked with a thick cleave in her mouth in Bad Times At The El Royale. Recall seeing a picture here on Discussion a couple of years ago that I've never seen since. It was a behind the scenes close-up shot of Cailee's gag and was better than anything that appeared in the film. Her face looked like it had been sprayed with water to simulate beads of sweat on her forehead and her gag was soaking wet too and sitting perfectly between her teeth. One of the most striking cleave images I've ever seen so if someone could re-post it I'd be most grateful. Could have been Instagram but damned if I can find it again |

| Simply beautiful. Those props guys n gals sure went crazy with their fake sweat. She didn't look anything like that in the film so that is a most interesting photo indeed |

| Didn't see anything about this when I did a search. Netf!x movie that comes out tomorrow starring Nicole Brydon Bloom shows multiple scenes of her with her hands presumably tied behind her back. No gag visible, but premise is definitely there. |

And that would probably be the job of the make up dept not props |

| Nice. There has to be a gag surely? Unless the whole complex is in on it, like Rosemary's Baby or something. A scenario like Penumbra would be excellent. The fact there's no cloth hanging around her neck in any shots is worrying, though she could be gagged with tape that's ripped off or reapplied at will. Guess we'll find out soon. There is a brief part where she is captured and tied to a chair and manages to escape with part of the chair attached to her but no gag. She escapes and finds out the true nature of the complex. |

| No gag is very disappointing. Another fine wasted opportunity. Thought as much though; in these type of films quite often they show any gags in the trailer. Like El Practicante for example. Least we know we're getting a gag-fest there. Wish that were coming out tomorrow instead of IBR. Always the way :- you win some and lose more in the DiD stakes... |

First one, as seen in trailer, tied hands behind, breaks free and gets hit by a car. Later, lead female captured and placed in basement, hands tied with rope to sides of chair behind her back. Duct tape roll on the table, never used despite constant mouthing off by the female, and the old boyfriend arrives and is seen on the security footage. Instead of leaving the female tied and gagging her, he unties her and brings her upstairs to confront the boyfriend. This is a very bad run of luck in these movies as far as no gags go. Disappointing. Not sure who the redhead female lead was, but a gag would have looked nice on her, sporting a white t-shirt. |
