| Anyone seen the previews of the remake of "The Mummy" opening next week? Looks like its faithful to the original 1931 Karloff version where an Egyptian prince committed a major crime and was mummified and entombed alive as a punishment. Only in the remake, it's a princess (Sofia Boutella I think) who is mummified. Previews show her after she's been completely mummified and she's struggling mightily to avoid her inevitable fate. This could be a good one. |

| I hope all of you people are paying attention to the Alerts Page - and, a BIG THANK YOU again to Mr. Gagster for supplying most of these obscure ones - also hope no one has a "prejudice" to old old scenes. Anyway, the latest one was the gorgeous Dawn Wells in a b/g sighting on 77 Sunset Strip. IMO it was way better than the Gilligan scene. |

| I haven't seen it (about to d/l), but could someone explain whether the apparent mmpphhing in the ep before yesterday's was meant to be Callies? If it was, I'll include it in my edit for completeness. |

| > Width definitely makes a difference Tape gags gotta be wide. Those tiny one inch strip gags look ridiculous all the damsel has to do is open her mouth and they fall off. A three or four inch strip applied from ear to ear and nose to chin is obviously more effective and looks great. Of course a good wraparound is even better :) |

| See Mira Bartuschek over on the Video Page. Now THAT is a great tape gag! Always good to see extra strips added too - makes two inch tape into an effective muzzle when several strips cover the lower face. Also shows the director has a clue and is making an effort at realism. |
