| Folks discussing the awesomeness(agreed!)and rarity of microfoam tape gags in mainstream film and tv over on the video page. While it happily seems to be taking over commercial sites I can only think of two mainstream scenes. Okavango with Michele Scarabelli and Connie Nielsen sporting lovely wide(prob 3" tape) gags in a tragically brief scene. And Rita Giovannini in Seventies UK series "Thriller" sporting an excellent 2" wide microfoam gag with beautiful lip imprint in a fairly long scene. But that's about it. Can anyone think of other microfoam scenes in mainstream output? |

| Regarding the scene with Rita Giovannini it's a 1975 episode of a British series called Thriller. Ep is called Cry Terror aka Kill Two Birds. I bought the box set dvd of the show years ago. Rita plays the sister of Bob Hoskins. He owns a cafe invaded by crims who are looking for another ex-con. To ensure Bob and some other cafe guests' cooperation they take his sister to a back room, tie her to a chair and gag her with what is definitely microfoam tape. Is a good well lit scene, Rita is very attractive and her lips do indeed look amazing under the tape. Shows that microfoam tape has been around for over forty years it really should be used more often |
