| A recent discovery on Amazon Prime, and it's a bit of a classic: Title: The Psychics (2019) Medium: Movie Actress: Kirsti Lovas Description: At the 51 mins mark of this found footage thriller from Norway, our heroine Camilla (Lovas), a reporter investigating spooky stuff, tells the camera, that all the spooky stuff that will happen to her has already happened. Wrong. Just then the villain of the piece appears behind her and KOs her. She awakens in her bathroom, hogtied and gagged with duct tape. Lots of struggling before and after the villain enters the room. Que villain speak. He ungags, rants at her and then regags her, and leaves her in the bath room and takes the video camera. We next see Camilla being placed, still B&G but not hogtied, in the baddie's car and driven to the local woods, where he going to hunt her. He frees her legs and she runs into the forest but he catch her. She is ungagged and taken back to her house. She is then shown the previous victim of the killer, while still tied. We next see her in close up, tape gagged again. Gag comes off and after a couple of more minutes she frees herself as the ghosts of the film return to get the baddie. |

| Vanity Fair has released some pictures from the upcoming epic so at last we can finally get a look at the characters, costumes and settings. Rebecca Ferguson is suitably regal and as beautiful as ever. The story is being told over two films but one photo shows Paul and his mother wearing their stillsuits in the desert after their escape from the Harkonnen assassins. So Lady Jessica's classic f/t scene will definitely be in the first film happily. More info will start to flow now so hopefully we'll get a pic of her predicament at some stage |

Remember the 2000 mini-series where they cut the scene with Saskia Reeves out of the final print (never mind that the scene was actually pivotal and vital to the plot). Cross your fingers and hope that this editor is brighter than the last one. |

| Yeah "definitely" is a subjective term when it comes to predicting film scenes. If I was a betting man though I'd say the odds for Rebecca getting a fairly long scene are very high. The director is supposedly staying close to the original novel which had longer captivity scenes than those shown in the '84 film version. Knowing the director's almost obsessive attention to detail(Blade Runner 2049 etc)Lady Jessica's f/t ordeal should exceed all expectations. And her gag (whatever type they use)will be most effective. The scene as mentioned is pivotal to the plot as it relates directly to her character's well-known vocal abilities. Hopefully a trailer is released soon we may get a glimpse or two |

| Happened across this low budget amateur film by chance, and it caught my interest because the poster features a mother and her college-aged daughter ziptied and wraparound gagged with black tape. I skimmed through it, and both damsels are shown bound and gagged sporadically throughout the film. Be warned though, it is by far one of the most amateur of amateur films I've seen, and though the damsels spend much of the movie bound, there are so many sporadic cuts and bad camera shots, that I don't find the scene very worthwhile but I figured I'd alert it anyway. Movie is online on the usual streaming sites.
