Friday April 13 11:49:06 2012 no shows |
just watched the final season of Mission Impossible, and the one and only good scene from this long running series. Which brings to mind a question. The final season of MI had Lynda Day George as the series female lead, yet when "the Question" aired it guest starred Elizabeth Ashley. Not that I am complaining but I wonder why LD George bowed out for this particular episode. The same with the Land of the Giants "the unsuspected" were Deanna Lund had a great scene but Heather Young was nowhere to be seen. Are there any other instances were the lead actress didn't show up for her scene when it should have been her? |

Lynda Day George was pregnant at the time and missed a number of episodes. Closest she ever came to bondage on MI was a couple of hand gags. |

The fight scene was well underway before Dana tipped her chair over. Then, seconds later, she's unbound and shoots the guy on the ledge. It would have taken several minutes for her to really get loose. |

She was also heavily pregnant at the time the episode was filmed, so they just mentioned that she was hidden someplace else, and she only appeared in head shots for the beginning and ending of the episode. |

Would of loved to have seen her gagged on LOTG. She was bound and not gagged on another ep of that show. |

Please enough with the Body of PROOF that was three days ago, I mean talk about beating a dead horse. |

I know that she didn't receive a gag. But do you know if she received some handgag or chloroform? Especialy in Mission Impossible, where the chloroform was very common those days |

It is a scene with a gorgeous well known actress that many of us were highly anticipating. Also, there are disagreements as to the overall quality of the scene. It is natural that so many of us want to talk about it. |

Also, what is with the completely psycho villains, going on about ripping brains out, etc. Can't they be more civil, you know, just killing someone to steal a million bucks, and telling the damsel "It's so unfortunate you had to learn of my plans. You're so lovely, it's a shame I will have to kill you." |
