Gilligan's Island How to be a Hero episode. Reasons: Pole tie, frond gag and those short shorts Mary Ann wore in the scene.

This is what one review of Resurrection County says. (taken from a Netflix user review)

"The cover of this DVD is very misleading. The blonde is NOT in the movie and the scene on the cover never even happens in the movie! This is yet ANOTHER of these gay S&M torture flicks masquerading as a movie with mostly women victims in order to rip off the traditional horror crowd who, let's face it, likes to see women in peril. Some say it's because they are misogynistic but it's probably because men and women BOTH care more about what happens to women in horror movies than men. This movie is very politically correct. The emphasis is on humiliating, torturing and murdering men, while scenes involving women in danger are very brief. These rip-offs have been popping up quite a bit lately as these politically correct moviemakers use sneaky tactics like this to try to make their movie sell more to a mostly male audience (who are mostly looking for horror movies with women in danger), while avoiding the situation of actually depicting in the movie itself the politically incorrect imagery in their advertisements. If you like the lurid DVD cover here you will most likely hate the actual movie."

Oom henk update
Video is found using torrent *cough* piratebay *cough*
Actual video time are noted.
Henk drags the main character GF in the car at about 1.24 hours, ungagged but hands tied behind(not shown at that point).
Scene shifts to the forest at about 1.25.30 with the girl shown gagged at 1.25.52
The main characters digs a hole for the "treasure", girl is not shown for a while.
Girl is grabbed by henk at 1.27.03 and she starts to mphf.
Henk holds a gun to her head during the showoff, not really mphf'ing.
Girl runs at 1.28.29 great mpfh'ing then, as a shot is heard and she falls down (she's not shot).
She's shown again unharmed at 1.29.40 as she mfph's with henk nog dead but he's lost his memories.
She's ungagged at 1.30.28 with some great mfhp's before that.
I don't have the experience to cap it so I'll leave that to the expert, if they want to cap it.
See cap in the homepage (picture is probably to big).

Not much going on here today and I have a few minutes to waste, so I'll take a shot - with the disclaimer that if I did it a couple of weeks from now, I'd probably give a different answer.
Deanna Lund - Land of the Giants - The Unsuspected.
Reasons: She was a total babe.
It's a pretty long scene.
Nice tight blouse and miniskirt. Too bad about the colored tights or stockings instead of "nude," but no biggie.
She's forced to walk around, moving to a more secluded spot.
Ungagged and almost rescued, then put back into total captivity.
Hands are behind. (Overhead I can live with; in front is a dealbreaker.)
General air throughout of "Oh please, can't someone rescue poor helpless little me?" I know it's not PC these days, but it appeals to me. This is given an exclamation mark at the end when she's freed along with the others and appears at the entrance on hands and knees with, iirc, some cloth strips still hanging on a limb or two and pleads with someone to help her; she can't walk because she's been bound so long.
So that's why I love that one. Not a cleave gag fan unless they're thick ordinarily, but it doesn't bother me here. Just means, along with some of the other little irritations (guy interferance some too) that I rate it a 9.85. Probably won't ever get that "10" but hope springs eternal, right?
