The scene wasn't too bad. People such as ourselves would immediately know when the scene was about to occur. The villainess, the deranged psychologist, is entertaining a police detective in her kitchen; it should be immediately obvious that her captive, Deanna Russo, is bound and gagged in order to prevent her from making an outcry. I enjoyed how Lauren Holly referred to Deanna Russo's gag as a "horrible thing" as she was removing it. |

| Promos for upcoming ABC show "Scandal" have a quick shot of a woman being handgagged and pulled backward. Don't really know what the show's about but I think maybe the investigation of a murder or possibly rape/murder leads into the families of the rich and powerful? Anyway, just a head's up for possibilities. |

Regardless of the final script it doesn't guarantee a scene; directors/producers/etc. sometimes make literal last minute changes based on circumstances such as time or setup. Sometimes they're shot but edited out. Can you upload the script somewhere? |

| There was a storyline apparently no one else here has seen. Back in the 60's the girls were alone at the Lodge mansion playing records when a burglar broke in. Veronica was out of the room and Betty was captured, tied up, and gagged. When Veronica discovered he was in the house she called the police just as he cut the phone line, she was captured, tied, gagged, and left with Betty while he robbed the mansion. I have no idea what issue of "Betty and Veronica" it was, but I DO remember the cover saying "Reprinted by popular demand!". The page scans may still be on Red's Realm, but I haven't been able to find them again. |
