I totally agree. Great performance by Ms. Diaz. The runner up for that role was Jennifer Aniston

Was there realistically any chance she’d get one in a shortened final season? This is a show finishing it’s seventh season that hasn’t produced much of anything for the main cast, guest stars, or even men. A show is usually bondage heavy or it isn’t. You can figure it out after a few seasons. We already know by 150+ episodes this one isn’t so anybody still hoping by now was hoping for nothing...

not in every show. Look at The 100. First, two season's nothing not one female was gagged in the show, and then season 3. it was like every two episodes one of the main cast was chewing on that black cleave gag. and it continued till season 5.
Fingers crossed that season 6 pans out something again. few from the main cast needs that black cleave gag (Tasya Teles). Ok cutie Eliza Taylor could gagged in every episode for me *laugh*

If it's just cops you are after, the best recent scene is from a British Thriller called "Silent Scream" where the main characetr DI Kim Stone is B&G after snooping around the killer's liar.

Also try The Craftsman by Sharon Bolton where a retired female police detective gets back in the game, and B&G in a coffin towards the end. Scene is shorter than the one above however.

There's also The Kris by Dezi Golden, but unlike the two above that's only on e-book I believe.

Most FT scenes in books happen to non police woman, so if you want more recommendations, hit me up.

Emily Bett Richards
She has been the Arrow writers pet for years. The chances of them ever silencing her even for a minute has always been a loooooooooong shot.

"The Face Behind the Mask" by John Minahan (1986).

Last sentences of Chapter 9:
"He wants to know your physical condition. You got ten seconds. No tricks. Go."

Jessica sounds hoarse but relatively calm: "I'm weak and stiff, but I'm okay. He's kept me tied up and blindfolded all the time, in the nude, and gagged except when he feeds me. I've been -- "

Re: Upgrades Phase 1

I'm considering phase 1 complete. I worked out an issue with links like www . google . com. These were not displaying properly. In general you should use protocol.

Phase 2 will look to get rid of the Image boxes. You'll then be able to put in any .jpg or .png link. If it's embeddable (size check etc.), then it will be made into an inline image. Otherwise it will be a link.

Note that .gif images will never be inline because people have a tendency to use animated ones. I don't think there's an easy way to tell from the image info.

Upgrades Phase 2
Phase 2 is coming along. The code is in place for image links. Initial testing was successful. I will be removing the Image boxes next, but here's some information on the new method.

Example embedded image:

http://brianspage.com/tina.jpg

So you can do that without the Image boxes.

Images that are too large will just be made into regular links:

https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71czGB0W2EL._RI_.jpg

And .gifs will always be links, regardless of size, because they might be animated:

Use good judgment when quoting messages with embedded
images. Links will eventually get broken by wrapping,
and we really don't need the same image in multiple
posts. It would probably be best to remove those
links in replies.

If not, the Lazy Engineer will look at other updates
to handle that. We'll see how it goes.

The Code CBS
Saw a photo promo of this new CBS series starting soon and said "is that Dana Delany in that photo?"

It was. Sort of a "Jag" ripoff, but worth a look, with a couple hotties in the case, including knockout Anna Wood.

Dana starting to age a little, but still looks great. But not as hot as she was in "Body of Proof." Good lord, she was hot in that series.

All the various code files should be updated: Search,
Calendar, and Forum, as well as the associated Reply

If something looks or works oddly, post what you did,
what happened, and how that varied from what you expected.

Thanks.
Probably my favorite DiD trope mentioned in the article is the "I Have You Now, My Pretty".
https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/IHaveYouNowMyPretty

As noted in the article, the signature example that every one of my generation fondly thinks of is Carrie Fisher in "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi".

* "Bonus points if the villain is hideously grotesquely ugly/deformed (Jabba the Hut; check).
* Re-dresses Leia in skimpy clothing (Finally, young males got to see what Carrie really looked like in a gold bikini, rather than those formless robes and space suits; check).
* "Soon you will learn to appreciate me." (Check).

Additionally, ALL four of Heather Locklear's b&g scenes in T.J. Hooker featured some top-notch "I have you now, my pretty" captor gloating:

"Trackdown" (4.13)
"Outcall" (4.14)
"Obsession" (5.09)
"Blood Sport, Part 2" (5.17)

I must say that "Web Cam Girls" (2017) is also a recent standout example of the "I Have You Now, My Pretty" trope.

*"Terms of Endangerment": Carolyn Hilers is referred to as "Sweetness" twice; Alexandra Hilers (Sedona Legge) is greeted in the psychological climactic scene in the storage container with "Rise and shine, sweetness!".

*Carolyn (Lorynn York) has her red minidress changed to a a white tank top (no bra).

*Trope: Villain snarling things such as "Aha! I have you now, my pretty!" or "I like a girl with spirit!"

From "Web Cam Girls":
"You've always been such a little spitfire, Alexandra. I've always loved that about you. It'll make for some really great clips." (Check)

"That doesn't matter much now. You lost the chess game. And now you belong to me." (Check)

Forgot about the one-liner in "Blood Sport" from Soon-Tek Oh, who said as he threatened Heather with a sword "i'll say hello to your friends for you."

Same actor was the kidnapper in "Outcall," but I don't recall any lines in that one.

Oh passed away last year at 85, the second of Heather's kidnappers to pass along with Trackdown's Richard Hatch, who also had a part in another great scene, Shawn Weatherly in "Party Line."

Hatch also putzed up Michelle Pfeiffer's great scene in Charlie Chan & the Dragon Queen.
