No doubt about it, villains do love to take their liberties:

Title: T.J. Hooker Episode: "Outcall" (4.14) Damsel: Heather Locklear
“You’re very beautiful,” says the villain, as he touches the outside of Heather’s right thigh by means of an extension clamp.

Title: The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) Damsel: Barbara Bach
Villain Stromberg lecherously strokes the face of Anya Amasova (Barbara Bach) while she is bound and strapped to a reclining chair.

Title: Charlie's Angels (1976) Episode: "Magic Fire" (2.11) Damsel: Kate Jackson
“Whoever you are… you’re very pretty,” says the villain, as he strokes Kate’s hair (she averts her head).

Title: Cover Up Episode: "Nothing to Lose" (1.05) Damsel: Dana Sparks
A diamond smuggler (Vince Edwards) abducts fashion model Ashley (Dana Sparks). She is held in the baddie’s villa, hands to front and ankles tied. When the lecher strokes her face, she bites his hand (one more reason (besides aesthetics) to gag the girl).

Title: T.J. Hooker Episode: "Outcall" (4.14) Damsel: Heather Locklear
Villain strokes Heather’s cheek while she is handcuffed to a headboard and tape-gagged.

Title: A Clockwork Orange (1971) Damsel: Adrienne Corri
While Dim (Warren Clarke) carries the bound Mrs. Alexander (Adrienne Corri) over his shoulder, he cops a few cheap feels of her breasts and behind.

Title: The Avengers (1961) Episode: "The Positive Negative Man" (5.22) Damsel: Diana Rigg
The eponymous villain playfully touches his finger to the tip of Diana’s nose while she’s strapped down supine to a table.

Title: Matlock Episode: "The Abduction" (6.17) Damsel: Nancy Stafford
While Nancy sits in a chair, bound hand and foot and cleave-gagged, the lead villain feels the inside of her left thigh, right next to her bound hands.

Title: Pacific Blue Episode: "Lost and Found" (2.19) Damsel: Paula Trickey
After the villain cuffs Paula’s hands behind her back, he gives her a minor hair stroking.

Title: T.J. Hooker Episode: "The Obsession" (5.09) Damsel: Heather Locklear
This is the one where Heather is cuffed, hands behind, and stays handcuffed for the entire episode. Along the way, the head villain 1) releases her ponytail and lets her hair fall; 2) grabs her and tries to forcibly kiss her (she resists), and 3) ungags her to request a goodbye kiss ahead of their murder-suicide (Hooker intercedes).

In Fatal Defense, after the bad guy tapes up and gags Ashley Scott, he gently touches the tip of her nose.

My cinema's write-up for this film says she has to "save her parents" but that could be from an exploring mishap. I mention this because her mother is played by Eva Longoria.

In a "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" (1991) scene that Doesn't include a snappy one-liner, Linda Hamilton is strapped to a hospital bed with her wrists to her side in medical restraints, while the lecherous orderly gives a LONG facial lick to the (seemingly) catatonic patient.

(Audience cheer when the perv meets a suitable end minutes later).

Castle In The Ground

Nothing indicative of a possible DID scene but given that it's a crime film there's potential for a scene. Not very likely but you never know. Cast includes Neve Campbell and Imogen Poots. Nothing indicative in the premise of possible DID action but with the lead character finding himself deeper into a life of crime, who's to say it doesn't lead to consequences for some of the women he knows, the kind involving them B&G.

I'd wager Campbell is likely to play the mother character so a scene for her is not very likely, but Poots could be a possibility for sure.

Detective Pikachu possibility?
In the video game that this movie is based on, the human hero's love interest is captured by the bad guy at the end. Now, in the game, the bad guy is just holding her by the arm and she's not bound in any way. But maybe with the switch to live action, they'll go with a more realistic damsel situation to go along with its film noir feel. It's a longshot as there's no guarantee that the movie will follow the game's plot but...one can hope.
