Impossible to say as the US airing is the show's international premiere - it hasn't aired in other countries yet unlike a lot of the Spanish programming we get. It's certainly possible Carmen Villalobos could get a scene - the show has a heavy crime element being about some thieves. Carmen's character is kind of working for the bad guys right now (hte main villain is her godfather), but when she stops playing ball with them, she could get some peril. I think it's much more likely the hero's daughter played by Matilde Lemaitre gets kidnapped and a scene at some point. The hero killed the main villain's son - and the bad guy has already hinted at a kid for a kid type scenario meaning he'll target the daughter at some point. Friday's episde had Matilde's character get handgagged at the end, by the way; preview show's her and Carmen being held at gunpoint. Don't think it will lead to anything, though. |

Saturday January 26 06:30:13 2013 Dialogue from Villian or Rescuer |
I am always intrigued by the dialogue used by villains or those that rescue damsels bound and gagged. Here are some of my favorites: Wonder Woman "Starships are coming": Put a gag on her mouth Intimate Stranger: I got woman with me now angel. I got'er all tied up. She's been tied this way for hours. All tied up with a gag in her mouth" 3 Stooges "Dopey Dicks" - Shemp says to a tied and gagged lady - Whatsa matter kid, got a tooth ache. Braindoners - he's got a woman tied up, she looks dazed and drugged. he's obviously the grand dragon of some sex slave cult. Sweet Valley High - what is up with that polyester gag Anybody have any other favorite lines like this? |

Saturday January 26 07:01:26 2013 Re: Neve Campbell |
This is about The Glass Man again, I found this behind the scenes shot from it: http://neve-campbell.net/photos/albums/pics/movies/the-glass-man/BehindtheScenes/theglassman_0002.jpg Maybe it's just wishful thinking but with her in the backseat of a car there, it looks like it could've been a kidnapping scene. Has anyone here seen the film and if so, does she get a scene at all in it? I've been trying to find out if she does but information on the film so far is pretty scant. |

Not exactly the same thing, but in the ballpark was a quote from a woman after the hero had rescued her but didn't immediately untie or ungag her, instead lifting her over his shoulder, dumping her into his convertible and driving a ways before freeing her - "You enjoyed that, didn't you?" (From "Megaville." |

Saturday January 26 16:38:38 2013 A Good Scene Back In The Day |
Record number: 9036 Title: Doug Henning's World of Magic Medium: TV Series Actress: Brooke Shields Description: Episode: "4" Air Date: 12-14-78 During a magic stunt set in ancient Egypt, an Egyptian guard puts Queen Nefertiti's (Brooke Shields) hands behind a pole and does an elaborate pantomine of tying them together. He then loops a thick rope around her entire body quite a few times. The trick is that Doug Henning is put in some contraption and then escapes. Brooke is then shown shaking of the rope. |

Saturday January 26 17:05:48 2013 Re: Dialogue |
I always liked Cheryl Ladd's line when she was rescued by someone who took too long to untie her, "You do not sit there and make jokes when people are bound and gagged. It's infuriating." |

Tried to post to VCR alerts it said there's a link to streaming video in my post, which there is not. It said "post to another forum" but then said "there is no content in your post". so you have multiple glitches in the system. Actual message: Atlanta Action News channel 2/abc, tonight at 11:35pm eastern is doing a feature on mouths duct-taped in school. The 15 second commercial played twice but kept catching me off guard, so I don't know if it was faculty or students, if it was a prank or a protest. If anyone catches it, put it on you tube since I won't be able to see it tonight and I'm kind of curious. -val |

Aside from the duct tape on the news tonight, here's some old news: Target is running a commercial where a woman ties a white blindfold on herself before attacking a pinata. Good ad. And on the last episode of, I think it was "Justified"? Woman abducted, has a white sock duct taped in her mouth, couple of scenes, pretty good close up/lighting. I'm sure someone probably already reported that, but just in case. -val |

You mention "you tube" as one word in your original attempt to post to VCR Alerts, which I see you corrected because THIS page wouldn't allow it either. That was no glitch. I will look into the other thing. |
