| Is the database entry below correct? While I have never seen The Rain Curse, I seem to recall there was an ad in TV Guide that showed a fairly young woman bound and gagged. If I am not mistaken, Ms. Simmons would have been well into middle age at the time this movie was made. Record number: 2039 Title: The Dain Curse (1978) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Jean Simmons Description: Towards the end of this Mini series, lovely Jean Simmons gets tied up on an altar with her hands behind her back and cleave-gagged with a scarf. She's in danger of becoming a human sacrifice, but rescued in time. Some nice close-ups, but she's unconscious. Box cover includes a picture of her predicament, though without the gag. |
