Friday October 11 04:43:28 2019 Short films
Hi guys...couldn't find anything about it in the instructions so I thought I'd ask here: what's the preferred medium for short films, i.e. those that are listed as Shorts in the IMDb? Is it Movie or Other? I've seen quite a few of both, and it might be good to standardize on one. No promises, but I could try to find the time to do this at some point. (The reason I ask is because right now my ScreenTies code is completely ignoring the "Other" entries, and it's costing me potential matches. I'd rather not enable those, since I suspect that false matches would then become an issue instead; I'd rather just change those particular shorts to "Movie" as I run into them. But I didn't want to do this without asking first, in case there's some principled distinction between the two types that I'm missing.)

I tend to use "Movie" nowadays, but looking back on some of the older entries I've made (such as #23692), I have used "Other" as well. Standardizing it to "Movie" sounds fine to me. Doesn't matter if it's a 3min or 20min production.
