The reason I suggested that you upload the uncompressed VOBs is because we've hardly seen any MPEG-2 scenes on here, because compression (to Xvid, etc.) is usually done to save filesize & a bunch of other reasons. So when I said "I can do the rest", I meant in the sense that I could edit 2 versions for everyone: a standard definition MPEG-2 without compression, and a high quality AVI with Xvid compression. Obviously you'd get all the credit for the hard work, since it'd be your source material that gave us all the scene (and a famous one, at that). |

| Both are from the late 90s, I think. One was from a TV show/documentary on one of those Learning Channel-type stations that followed U.S, soldiers training spy capture and interrogation. We see a female soldier captured and tied up and gagged ( I distinctly remember they held her head back by the forehead to make it easier to shove a gag in her mouth—good idea, I thought). They then led her off and, unfortunately, mock-killed her. The other was a PBS show, British I think. A guy and girl are led downstairs by the evil people, rich and with a cold woman as the head honcho. (Does that make her a honcha?) They are locked in the cellar/dungeon: one of them, forget which, is bound on the ground and the other is chained with arms spread to a wall. They struggle feebly while upstairs the evil honcha eats a leisurely dinner. Sorry I don't have more details, but these were a long time ago and in both cases I was in mixed company and couldn't be seen paying too close attention. If anyone knows sites where there are downloads of these scenes I'd appreciate it. |
