Record number: 12718 Title: One Tree Hill Medium: TV Series Actress: Hilarie Burton,Sophia Bush Description: Episode: "You Call It Madness, But I Call It Love" (4.16) At 0:34 (lasts about 1 minute) Peyton is wearing a white prom dress, she is knocked out by a punch to her face when she answers the front door, thinking the villain is her boyfriend. Next, when her boyfriend knocks on the front door, she has a hand over her mouth from behind standing behind the door, moaning and breathing hard under the handgag. Next, she is being injected with a sedative by a syringe into her upper arm. At 4:05 (lasts about 2 minutes) Peyton is in the basement with a dark bandana gag tied tight between her lips, her hands are tied behind the chair, she is tied around her waist and the chair, bare feet tied, all with white rope. She is waking up and there are close ups of her gagged face, she is struggling a little, then moaning and biting down on her gag. At 8:07 (lasts about 4 minutes) Close up of her hands struggling for her little white prom purse. Next, she is being ungagged and starts screaming. Next, she is breathing through gag and struggling to dial her cellphone with her tied hands. There are more close ups of her gag and of her cellphone being taken from her tied hands. Next, she is moaning while her waist ropes are being untied for some dancing with the villain. There is about 1 more minute of her moaning and breathing heavily through her gag with a close up of her gag and biting down on her gag. At 17:30(25:34) (lasts about 4 minutes) Brooke, wearing a red prom dress comes down the stairs into the basement looking for Peyton. Peyton starts moaning then Brooke is grabbed by the villain and struggling. Next, Brooke has a black cloth gag over her mouth, her hands tied behind the chair, bare feet tied, ungagging herself by shaking her head. Villain says "it's a good thing I brought extra rope". Brooke says "untie me you freak". Next, Peyton is being ungagged by the villain and he says "no one is going to hear you". Both start screaming "help" and struggling. At 21:35(29:39) (lasts about 5 minutes) Both are talking then Brooke has a blade being held to her throat from behind by the villain. Peyton says "just untie me" so she can cut Brooke's throat and have sex with the villain. Next, Peyton's ropes are being cut, Brooke is being slapped by Peyton. Brooke says "why don't you make it hurt next time bitch", Brooke is then punched in the face by Peyton who then pulls Brooke'e head up by the hair, Brooke does some struggling. Next, Brooke's feet are being untied by Peyton, but the villain chases Peyton before she can untie Brooke's hands. Brooke is struggling hard after they go up the basement stairs. At 28:38(39:15) Brooke is struggling so hard she is knocking the chair onto its side. Note: TIMES(WITH COMMERCIALS) At 0:07 Hilarie Burton (Peyton Sawyer), blond, and Sophia Bush (Brooke Davis), brunette, start catfighting on the front lawn because Brooke made fun of Peyton's mother dying. |

Eventually the inevitable denouement comes where we see Miranda staked out in a diaphanous gown on a beach, while the cultists do their chant bit. Record number: 15594 Title: Flashpoint Medium: TV Series Actress: Cynthia Preston aka Cyndy Preston; Jordy Benattar Description: Episode: "Through a Glass Darkly"(4.4) The episode opens with a kidnap victim Jordy being held in a barn by her kidnappers. All of her restraints are duct tape, and her wrists are taped in front of her, her ankles are taped together and tape seals her mouth. As the kidnappers threaten her, the action shifts back eight hours to where she is arguing with her mother, Cynthia in her kitchen. Cynthia, a Hall-of-Fame DID’er at this point, has given up her blonde hair and now is sporting hair which is dark brown. Jordy walks out of the house and down an alley, where the kidnappers and their van is waiting. Cynthia hears her cries for help and intercedes, only to be grabbed herself. As the van drives off, Cynthia is forced to tape up and gag Jordy in the same pose which she will have later in the barn. The kidnappers do a better job on Cynthia, as her hands are taped behind her back when she is bound and gagged. The kidnappers have not searched Jordy very well, and with her hands taped in front of her she is able to get out her cell phone and dial 911. Cynthia manages to get her gag off and attempts to question the kidnappers about where they are going, but a bump in the road exposes the phone, which is promptly thrown out the window and Cynthia is regagged. The kidnappers decide to simplify things by stopping the van and pulling Cynthia out, still tied and gagged. The tape around her booted ankles is cut and she is marched off into the woods by one of the kidnappers. The sound of a shot is heard and the van with Jordy still taped and gagged in the back drives off. The van gets to the barn seen at the top of the episode, and the kidnappers snap a photo of a gagged Jordy to send to her grandma, played by Linda Thorsen. Jordy is left in a stall at the barn while the kidnappers try to arrange the ransom. With her wrists taped in front of her, she easily cuts herself free and tries to escape, only to be recaptured immediately. The kidnappers learn nothing and once again tape her up with her hands in front of her, though they add some more tape around her arms. She is once again tape gagged. In the meantime, the cops have traced the location of the cellphone and the 911 call, and are using a drone to search the surrounding area. The drone spots Cynthia walking through a field, no longer gagged, but with her hands still taped behind her back. Getting back to the barn, the kidnapper with a conscience who pretended to shoot Cynthia decides to cut Jordy free, which is the end of the bondage in the episode. The bondage scenes run though almost the entire length of the episode. |
