The bad guys tie her hands tightly in front, bind her to a tree and secure her with a cinch (!) between her wrists and the trunk. |

Record number: 12645 Title: Law & Order: Criminal Intent aka Law & Order: CI Medium: TV Series Actress: Masiela Lusha aka Stacey Haglund Description: Episode: "Blasters" (6.9) This episode deals with bootleg DVDs and the Albanian mob. The detectives finds about the involvement of the second in the first, and call the suspect of co-producing the bootleg DVDs for a meeting in the central. He doesn't appears and they go after him in his studio, after nobody answers their calls. While we see them (with back-up) arriving at the place, the suspect is treatened by some Albanian thugs with a hanging. The cops burst through a door and find the studio's crew, only a couple, B&G with tape. Fortunately they are bound back to back and the beautiful blonde Mira (Masiela) is shown in front. Unfortunately her appeareance is very brief, and her gag comes out seconds after its shown. Occurs around the 40' mark. |

He comes across Kayley (Staite). He talks to her a bit, rambling on about the frailty of life, then suddenly asks if she's ever been raped. There is a closeup of her terrified face during this. He gets the information he needs from her, then informs her that she will be tied up. He has her turn around and put her hands behind her back, then produces a very thin cord. A bit later, there is a pan shot as she lies on her side on the catwalk, beginning at her feet (tied with the thin cord) and running to her face. There are a few shots from overhead as well, where you can just see her tied hands. She is not gagged. Scenes at 19 and 29 minutes without commercials. |

This calls unwanted attention to the criminal enterprise of the rest of the crew. "Gag her if you have to" suggests the captain at the start of this episode. At the end of the episode, her eerie telepathic powers get her branded as a witch by superstitious villagers, who of course, must burn her at the stake. Her hands are bound behind her to a pole while firewood is stacked around. No closeups. She is wearing a sweater, skirt, and boots. |

Record number: 14951 Title: Disappearance of Alice Creed Medium: Movie Actress: Gemma Arterton Description: Early in the film, she's wrestled into the back of a van, already hooded, and her hands cuffed and feet are taped together onscreen. She's spirited to the kidnappers' specially-prepared room, where she is bound spreadeagle to the bed (legs tied with rope, hands cuffed). After she is bound, the kidnappers cut her clothes off her, then after taking pictures of her nude form for the ransom demand, reclothe her in a track suit. The pictures are shown on a computer screen twice a few minutes later. In various scenes she is given water, allowed to use the bathroom (with a bedpan), fed, and untied from the bed to make a ransom video. Throughout the movie she is unhooded, ungagged, re-gagged, and re-hooded. She's uncuffed a couple of times as well. She is knocked unconscious in one scene by cutting off her air, in another by injection. After the latter, her hands are cuffed behind her, she's wrapped in a sheet, and carried to a van. She's taken to another location, where she's cuffed hands apart to an iron gate of some sort and unhooded. She's shown in this position several times, and near the end of the film she's ungagged, bound to the gate trying to reach the keys to her cuffs with her foot.
