Record number: 15008 Title: Maternal Obsession (2010) aka Locked Away Medium: TV Movie Actress: Kirsten Prout Description: A deranged pregnancy counselor (Jean Louisa Kelly),unable to have a baby on her own, kidnaps a pregnant high school senior (Kirsten Prout) in a plot to take her baby. Kelly chloroforms Prout about 1 hour and 10 minutes into the movie (with commercials). We see Prout coming to in the trunk of a car, her hands cuffed in front. When they arrive at an out of the way farmhouse, Prout makes a run for it, only to be tackled and chloroformed again. In the attic of the farmhouse, Prout is put on a mattress and has a shackle clamped onto one of her ankles. A few scenes later, Prout coaxes Kelly into letting her remove the handcuffs, promising to be good. She isn't good, though, and about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the movie, Kelly sprays mace in Prout's face and makes her handcuff herself with her hands behind her back. Prout mouths off so Kelly gags her with duct tape, screaming, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." We don't see Prout again until the final 10 minutes of the movie when her mother (Paula Trickey) arrives at the farmhouse. Prout makes a lot of noise to alert her mom of her presence, and is quickly ungagged and uncuffed on screen. Prout is wearing a dark blue sundress with pink flower design throughout her ordeal. Although the character is supposedly pregnant, she isn't showing at all. |

Record number: 14410 Title: Criminal Minds Medium: TV Series Actress: Adair Tishler, Sierra McCormick, Cynthia Gibb Description: Episode: "Bloodline" (4.13) The episode is about a family of gypsies who kidnap a young girl in under to make her the bride of their son. Cate (Adair Tishler) is kidnapped at the beginning of the episode, in the first minutes we see her locked in a closet with her hands tied up in front of her with white rope; a little bit later we find out she is epileptic, and then we see her once again in the same situation as before while suffering an attack. Considering her disease the family decides she is unfit to marry their son but they cannot kill her so they wrap her in a blanket and dump her in a road, later on she wakes up and she is able to get to the road by hoping, as her ankles are now also tied up. Looking for a new bride the family kidnaps a new girl (McCormick) she has one bondage scene with her hands tied up in front of her and cleave gagged, she is alone with the gypsy mom who later on removes her gag while trying to comfort her. Finally the FBI team identifies the mom (Gibb) and when they release this she decides to let herself get caught in order to allow her husband and son to escape, when this happens she has her hands cuffed behind her although this is only implied. |

Record number: 12998 Title: Criminal Minds Medium: TV Series Actress: Yvonne Jung, Unknown Description: Episode: "In Birth and Death" (3.2) aka "In Name and Blood" In the opening minutes, we find a brunette gal with her hands bound over her head. Guy is somewhat "petting" the gal as she is crying. Unfortunately, she doesn't survive her time with him. Several minutes later, the guy's son lures Yvonne into a service hall at a mall. Around the 20'mark, we find her in the same situation as the first gal but with a white cleave gag. The gag is removed as he talks to her. She manages to get untied but as to stay around their house. No bonds or gags for her after this. In the last 15 minutes, boy brings home another brunette gal and we find her yet in the same situation as the first two. This time we see her getting her hands lift up over her head and also see her get the white cleave gag but into postion. The brunette FBI agent arrives in the house and goes to the garage where the gal is being kept. For the next minute or so, we see the bound girl in various shots as the FBI gal signals for backup. |

Record number: 13081 Title: Criminal Minds Medium: TV Series Actress: Beth Dover , Tammy Minoff, Jenna Gavigan Description: Episode: "Identity" (3.7) Just before the opening credits, we see a bound and gagged Angela Miller (Dover) is crying and pounding against the walls, trying to escape. She has her hands bound in front and is sporting a cleave gag. Scene occurs before the opening credits and is very dimly lit since she is in a box. About half way through, the FBI watch a reconstructed tape of an woman (Minoff). Video is very poor but you can just make out a woman on her side with her hands behind her. The killer is behind her showing the cameraman (accomplise) how to make a perfect knot. In the last 10 mins, the accomplise ties up his victim just as he was taught. The victim, Becky (Gavigan), has her hands bound behind her with a rope connecting her neck, hands and feet. The tie closely matches a hogtie. She is never gagged.. She is the only one that the FBI saves. |

Record number: 13226 Title: Criminal Minds Medium: TV Series Actress: Andrea Roth, Wendy Braun Description: Episode: "Limelight" (3.13) At the beginning, two guys buy a storage unit and find several books, drawings and photos of bondage. The photos consist of a girl tied to a concrete pillar, and the other tied to a chair. At the 35' mark, killer hits the next victim of the head with a "billy" club. He puts her in a van and takes her away. He makes her make a phone call to Roth to show her something. No restraints shown. At the 40' mark, Roth is punched out by the killer and put into back of a van. He cuffs her hands behind her with a ziptie, and shuts the door. As he does, Roth wakes up and mildly struggles. She hears some moaning and looks up to find her friend (Braun) lying with her in the van. Her friends is cleavegagged while Roth is not as we go to commercial. After the 45' mark, we find Roth's friend ungagged and standing against a wire mattress frame. Her hands are at each corner and held there by wire around her wrist. Roth's friend is clad only in a brown bra and panties. We then see Roth in the background and setting in a chair. Roth's hands are still cuffed behind her and she is sporting a cleavegag. She is struggling and is struggling as her friend is tortures. After about a minute, we come back to find the one female passed out and hanging by her arms. We don't see Roth and the female change positions, but Roth is know in the females position. We see Roth is still gagged and her hands are wired to the frame as the victim before her. He ungags her and taunts her. She is saved before any torture. There are some closeup shots of when they are sporting there gags (neither is wearing the cleavegag at the same time though). |

Cleave gagged and blindfolded with duct tape. Her hands are not restrained but she is warned not to touch the tape. Scene in the cage is in the first 10 minutes. At about 40 minutes there are a couple of shots of a computer screen with a monochrome web cam broadcast of her in the cage (split by an advert break as shown on UK Channel Five). Shortly after her abductor drags her from the cage by her feet and she kicks him in the face, with her bare but untied feet, and tries to make her escape, initially still blindfolded. She then pushes the tape up above her eyes. A chain is seen hanging from her neck at this stage, presumably it was fastened to the cage. She remains cleave-gagged and making muffled squealing noises as she runs out of the building but is recaptured. The Police arrive and she is seen again as the villain threatens to shoot her, he is persuaded not to do so. Times from a 1 hour broadcast with adverts. |

Record number: 8385 Title: Law & Order: Special Victims Unit aka Law & Order: SVU Medium: TV Series Actress: Lisa Eichhorn, Liza Weil Description: Episode: "Tangled" (3.5) A group of party guests arrive to find a man murdered and his wife (Eichorn) duct-tape gagged and bound naked on the table. Later in the episode, the assailants girlfriend (Weil) is found by the detectives hands bound to the corner bedposts and gagged with duct-tape. There is a nice close-up of her face but the scene is somewhat grim as there is blood dripping from her nose as she was apparently beaten. Second scene at about 33 minutes with adverts of 1 hour total broadcast slot. Both scenes are rather similar, and brief; we only see a close up of a gagged (and injured) face and one bound wrist in the background. As broadcast in UK no reason to believe the first damsel is naked and perhaps a glimpse of some clothing. |
