Record number: 6495 Title: The Outer Limits (1995) Medium: TV Series Actress: Rhonda Dent Description: Episode: "Dark Child" (7.20) Pretty Rhonda Dent plays the youthful version of Nora Dunn's character Laura who is having flashbacks to her past when she was a victim of an alien abduction. There are a number of short flashbacks, spread throughout the episode, in which young Laura is seen restrained to a table, clad only in her panties, while aliens do their usual probings and big-eyed staring bit. Though the scenes are short, Rhonda struggles and emotes quite well in her too few moments of onscreen time. Hopefully someone in Hollywood noticed her natural DiD acting abilities and will get her a juicier role in the future, preferably in the very near future of course. |

At about 16 minutes in we see the man being lead to the gallows. Melinda alernately takes his place. She is wearing jeans and a tight sweater. She has leather straps going over her shoulders and connected by short chains. Another chain runs from the shoulder harness down between her breasts to a wide leather belt on her waist. Handcuffs go through a large metal loop on the belt and secure Melinda's wrists. One more chain runs from the waist belt down to the ankle cuffs connecting chain. Once at the top of the gallows Melinda's ankles are pulled together and secured with a leather strap. A noose is placed around her neck and a hood is pulled over head. She is dropped through the trap door and hung before coming back to reality. |

First he tracks down his partners daughter, Jenny (Mimi Michaels)and takes her hostage. She is gagged with duct tape and a cloth over that. Her hands are tied behind her back. This happens at the end of the first part. In the second part her dad rescues her but Jenny is again taken hostage by the same deranged cop. This time she is forced to walk with her wrists handcuffed behind her back. She's wearing a tank top and short skirt. Next she is sitting on the ground with her wrist handcuffed to a trailers awning. When she's released from the awning her arms are pulled behind her back and again restrained by the handcuffs. Finally, we see her gagged with duct tape and her arms handcuffed in front. The best scenes are well lit and clearly show her restraints. It's a decent disaster mini-series. |

She wears a floral dressing gown and emotes well, but the scenes total perhaps 15 seconds and there are no closeups. |
