Record number: 13528 Title: Ideal Medium: TV Series Actress: Hanne Steen Description: Episode: "The Guest " (2.6) British comedy series. Lead character Moz has a lot of strange friends, who in this episode have kidnapped his landlord - chained together with Spanish escort girl Carmel. In Moz' flat, the chains are cut with a bolt cutter, and Carmel - who is already tapegagged and blindfolded with a black cloth - has her hands taped in front. They dump her in the bedroom, where she does some energetic mmmphing and struggling on the bed. A visitor who discovers her thinks it is something consensual, and Moz admits being into "light bondage, nothing too heavy". Another guy unties Carmel a little later, but by this time a vase has fallen on her head, which is probably the reason why she has lost her memory. Moz convinces her that she is his girlfriend (weirder things have happened in this show). Carmel is wearing a short black dress, a garter belt, stockings and high heels. |

Record number: 188 Title: The Clay Pigeon (1949) Medium: Movie Actress: Barbara Hale Description: Tautly directed film noir opus features Bill Williams as a WWII serviceman who awakens from a coma to discover he is to be court-martialed for ratting on his fellow prison campers. He's been set up, of course, and escapes from the hospital to clear himself, enlisting the aid of Martha Gregory (Hale) the widow of the man he is supposed to have informed on. Early in the movie he's shown talking on the phone while tied and detective gagged Martha struggles against her bonds. He convinces her of his innocence, and the two solve the mystery. Neither Barbara nor her character must have minded tasting cloth too much -- the two actors wound up getting married -- both in the movie and in real life. The only other example of binder and bondagette subsequently getting married that I can think of are Pat Buttram and Sheila Ryan. |

Although she's bound, Penny still manages to save MacGyver by kicking a gun from Murdock's hand. |
