Dressed in a black bra & panties Brooks lies on her back on the bed and allows Zane to tie her wrists together above her head with a black leather strap. They then proceed to make love, and she loses her scant clothing in the process, bringing her bound arms down around her partners shoulders. Later the couple find themselves shipwrecked alongside a shiphand and a love triangle develops. Driven insane by jealousy Zane kidnaps Brook about 80m into the film. As he talks to her the camera revels she is stood outside their wooden shelter, hands tied behind her back with rope and cleve gagged with a rolled white cloth. A noose around her neck is tethered to the top of the post she is standing against. Zane taunts her and reminds her she was similarly tied during one of their 'games' in 2001. Then as the men fight over her Brook uses her foot to pull what looks like a beer crate in front of her and climbs on it. Rubbing her face against the top of the post she dislodges the gag and then uses her teeth to free her tether from the post. With her hands still tied behind her she throws herself at Zane pushing him over then runs off with the other man. When we see her again she is untied. She is wearing a yellow hooded fleece and green sarong skirt. |

| Title: Saving Silverman (2001) aka Evil Woman Medium: Movie Actress: Amanda Peet Description: The title character, Darren Silverman, falls for the cute but bitchy Judith (Amanda Peet). Among her dictates is that Silverman end his friendship with two of his knuckleheaded friends. They retaliate by kidnapping her. After a comic fight scene, they finally manage to grab her and carry her over-the-shoulder (wearing only a nightie) to their basement. At first she's cuffed by an ankle to an engine block, still in the nightie. After the guys give her some clothes to wear, she manages to escape but is recaptured, tied to a chair (her arms to the chair's arms) with ankles bound. Later, one of the kidnappers chains her thoroughly and puts a catcher's mask on her to prevent her biting her captors. When one of the guys falls for the old "I'm really hot for you" ruse, she obtains keys to the chains and escapes when he goes upstairs. Ms. Peet spends a substantial amount of time in chains. The scenes are played mostly for laughs (it's a comedy after all). |

Record number: 12634 Title: Karla (2006) aka Deadly aka Lethal Marriage Medium: Movie Actress: Laura Prepon, Fiona Manners, Cherilyn Hayres, Tanya Lemelle, Kristen Swieconek Description: Grim but non-exploitative drama about Karla Homolka (Prepon), who along with her husband Paul Bernardo abused and murdered several young women between 1990 and 1992. Much wasted bondage potential, but there are a few scenes of possible interest. 9 minutes in, Manners turns up briefly as a rape victim who is handgagged by Paul while walking in the woods. 17 minutes in, Paul gives Karla's sister Tammy (Hayres) a number of drugged drinks, from which she passes out. He then orders Karla to chloroform Tammy while he opens her shirt and bra. He's filming all this with a video camera. Unfortunately, Karla uses too much chloroform, and Tammy dies. Next, in scenes beginning 33 and 39 minutes in, a second rape victim played by Lemelle, then Tina McCarthy (Swieconek), and then Karla, all get handgagged by Paul. Just after Karla's handgag, we see Swieconek, blindfolded but unbound, while Paul films her. He orders her to open her shirt, which she does, though she manages to protect her modesty. This scene cuts away, then picks up again a few minutes later. She's wearing a skirt and is barefoot. Eventually, Karla removes her blindfold. The last victim is played by Foret (a Katie Holmes type) in the role of Kaitlyn, whom Paul handgags and kidnaps at knifepoint 57 minutes in. Like the other victims, she is never bound. Finally, 78 minutes in, Paul decides to punish Karla with some rough sex. She is cleave gagged while he ravishes her, and he puts a cord around her neck and nearly strangles her. It also appears that her hands are bound in front during this scene, but you need freeze-frame to see it. |
