Simon Sez
Day: Saturday August 25 2012
Time: 3:00 PM Eastern
Channel: Sony Movie Channel
Record number: 1614

Title: Simon Sez (1999)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Natalia Cigliuti, Emma Sjöberg

Description: In quite possibly the worst movie made in the 90's, Dennis Rodman (and he's not the worst of it) plays an Interpol agent who gets involved with a "friend" who's trying to return a kidnapee.

Ms. Cigliuti is first "rescued" from the supposed kidnapper by Rodman and his irritating sidekick (said "friend"), and is shown in the back of their car unbound but gagged with a potato (baking, not Irish). The potato is held in her mouth by a black cloth. This scene comes in at around 35' in.

At approximately the 50' mark, she is grabbed and hustled into a car by the true baddies.

About 60' in she's shown gagged and restrained in a more traditional fashion -- tied to a chair and cleavegagged with an attractive yellow patterned scarf. She's next seen being rescued around the 75' mark.

Also, in the early part of the movie, Dennis Rodman, while fighting Sjöberg's character in a restaurant, ties her up (literally wraps her up) with a white tablecloth. Her hands appear to be tied behind her back and part of the tablecloth acts as an over-the-mouth gag. There is some mmmphing.

Videodrome
Day: Saturday August 25 2012
Time: 3:35 AM Eastern
Channel: Encore
Record number: 14763

Title: Videodrome (1983)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Unknown, Deborah Harry

Description: About fifteen minutes in, Harry pops a cassette into boyfriend James Woods' VCR and sits back with him to watch a very short, grainy shot of a nude, ungagged woman suspended by her wrists and with her ankles apparently also bound being whipped. Then at around 52 minutes there's a hallucinatory sequence in which Harry hands Woods a whip, and then appears on a television set, ungagged with her arms over her head (it's a head-and-shoulders shot so no bonds are visible). Woods'subsequent lashing of the TV is accompanied by Harry's rather convincing gasps and grimaces.

Woods then finds himself in his own bed, next to a blanket-shrouded form which he discovers to be Harry, apparently dead, her back bloody from the beating, her wrists bound with a black strap and sporting a thin black gag.

Craigslist Killer
Day: Saturday August 25 2012
Time: 5:00PM Central
Channel: Lifetime
Title: The Craigslist Killer (2011)
Medium: TV Movie
Actress: Trieste Kelly Dunn, Suzanne Quast

Description: Lifetime network docudrama detailing the presumed crimes of Philip Markoff, who committed suicide before being brought to trial. At about 42 minutes into the standard Lifetime two-hours-with-commercials edit, victim Trisha Leffler (Dunn) has her wrists and ankles bound with zip ties. Her assailant clamps his hand over her mouth when he hears voices outside her room, then puts a strip of duct tape over her mouth. She is wearing a pink mini-dress and the assailant proceeds to cut her panties off with a knife before leaving her otherwise unharmed.

Murder victim Julissa Brisman (Leela Savasta) is later shown being shot while resisting her killer's attempt to bind her. At roughly an hour and ten minutes, Quast, playing an unidentified victim, has her wrists bound with zip ties and is briefly handgagged when her husband calls to check on her. The assailant then knocks her unconscious and flees after tussling with her husband once he bursts into the room.
Charlie's Angels
Day: Saturday August 25 2012
Time: 7:30 PM Eastern
Channel: Oxygen
Record number: 3351

Title: Charlie's Angels (2000)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu

Description: At some point after the 70' mark (I'm thinking around 74' in), Ms. Barrymore is tied to a chair. Close-up onscreen gagging with tape. The villain has drawn lips on the gag. Several close-ups of a worried Drew while the baddie calls Charlie.

Just before the tape is ripped off, Mr. Meanie kisses her sealed mouth.

During the opening titles there is a 10 second clip of all the angels doing their take of the "Angels In Chains" episode.

Batman
Day: Saturday August 25 2012
Time: 7:30 PM Eastern
Channel: MeTV
Record number: 1900

Title: Batman (1966)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Diana Ivarson

Description: Episode: "Flop Goes the Joker" (2.58)

Baby Jane Towser (Ivarson) encourages the Joker's artistic tendencies, but the Joker decides that he'd make more money stealing paintings by Jackson Potluck, etc., then actually painting them. In the last fifteen minutes (according to my old notes), he binds and cleave gags (over-the-hair) the deliciously overacting Ivarson with thin dark cloth, the better to pull off his nefarious crime. The gag comes off at one point so she can answer Joker, but later goes back in place. Eventually the evildoer carts her, still bound and gagged, off to Bruce Wayne's mansion, but Batman and Robin are on the scene to rescue the misguided lass.

One of the better late Batman episodes.
