The opening scene is in a parking garage, where she gags herself with a packing tape cleave-gag wound several times around her head. She tapes her ankles, and then handcuffs herself in from, before hiding in the trunk of her car. Unfortunately for her, her car is stolen by an unsuspecting thief, who discovers her in the trunk. Not knowing what to do with her, he keeps her handcuffed (but not gagged) for a while. |

Later in the movie, the girls capture two evil females who conduct medical experiments (usually fatal) on their patients and strap them down on stretchers, leaving them giggling under the effects of nitrous oxide flowing through masks taped to their heads. |

Record number: 13332 Title: Untraceable (2008) Medium: Movie Actress: Diane Lane Description: Nice scene featuring Diane Lane. At the climax of the film, she is bound with her hands in front of her, and her ankles tied with plasticuffs. She is cleave gagged with a knotted towel. She is suspended from the ceiling by her ankles and spends several minutes in this position. There is some struggling and some nice close ups of her gag. Spoilers: She is an FBI agent captured by a killer that puts his murders online. The more people watching his homepage, the faster his victims will die. After being hanged from the ceiling by her ankles, the killer turns on a garden weeding machine that will rip her to shreds. As the visits to the web site increase, she slowly descends closer to the machine. She starts to swing until she manages to reach a pole in the basement, and from here she manages to press a button that releases her ankles from the cable hanging her up and she falls to the floor. She removes her gag (her hands were bound in front) and in the final minutes of the film she fights with the killer still bound hand and foot. A great scene. |

Record number: 16436 Title: Taken 2 Medium: Movie Actress: Famke Janssen Description: Kidnapped along with her hero ex, she has a bag knotted over her head and is put in a van. Arms apparantly bound behind but never shown. The villains decide to torment the hero by first letting him watch her die slowly. She's cut on the neck and strung up head head down by a bunch of chains. Arms behind, feet together, and knees bent as if she's hogtied. The bag is back over her head which makes no sense if they want the guy to agonize, but it allows for a stuntwoman to take her place for the one or two quick shots of her body hanging. Since she's fully clothed in a dark outfit, the bag's on her head, and the lighting is dim, the scene is not anywhere as good as it may sound. After being released but then recaptured, the semi-conscious Famke is hustled down a hall by two guys and driven away again. When next we see her she's in a chair, arms behind, and a creep is preparing to torture her. He runs a pair of scissors from her throat down to her cleavage and starts snipping away at her sweater. Almost all the shots just show their faces close together. When the hero invades the house and starts killing most of the villains, three others hustle her out of another entrance. Very quick shot of her hands roped or ziptied behind her. When found later she's unconscious but okay and appears to be unbound. Really a movie of frustrating swings and misses. Famke is still as lovely as any DiD could be, and she's put into a couple of classic peril situations. But dim lighting, bad camera angle choices, and other factors leave DiD fans with very little to thrill them here. |
