Her husband had reported her missing, but she's just having a clandestine rendezvous with some other guy. She's wearing only a nightie and panties. There are chain extensions on the handcuffs allowing her more freedom of movement. Quick scene, but she keeps tugging on the chains because of the embarrassing nature of discovery. |

Clara is tied to a chair, with her wrists apparently tied behind her back, two ropes pass around her waist and more ropes are wrapped around the bottom of her dress to pinion her ankles. Much struggling by the male characters, while Clara sits passively and waits to be rescued by the heroes. |
