Good catch! Pity it's not Kerry Washington, and the tape gag seems of the theatrical "barely on her mouth" variety, but it still might be fun. I don't watch the show, but from the IMDB page, that looks most like the actress Katie Lowes. |

There was a scene like that today on "General Hospital." Unfortunately one participant was a guy and the woman was someone who plays a "Frau Blucher" type on the show. I think she could be decent looking, but she's always sneering and snarling on the soap. Both bound with hands in front but around poles to make the confinement fairly believable. Not collectible, at least for me, but nice for two reasons. 1, it shows the writers haven't forgotten about these scenes, and 2, the "Teutonic Weasel" as one character called her had a nice line: "Of all the insipid fools I could have been tied up next to, why you?" The woman was freed near the end of the episode. |

| This Australian series finally saw its flapper detective heroine played by Essie Davis get bound and gagged in the final episode of season 2 called "Unnatural Habits" (actually there is still a Christmas special to come). Her young companion Dot (Ashleigh Cummings) joined her, but unfortunately, so did two male companions. Also unfortunately, Essie's gag was poorly tied, over her hat for some reason. All were bound hands behind back, legs at ankles, and cleave-gagged. Scene happens about 15 minutes from end of the episode. |

It's one of their own caught as the murderer of a security guard by Huck who's about to torture her (ironically as he taught her). I liked the scene at the end of the last episode where she walks in to her place, steps on an incriminating photo (in heels), and looks in to see Huck and a bunch of torture tools on the floor with two rolls of duct tape on the side. Could've done without the torture tools but still have been looking forward to her getting a scene; would also like to see Kerry Washington and the president's wife get one too (looks like a grown up Joanie from "Happy Days"). There was also a scene of Khandi Alexander loosely strapped by her wrists to a bed with medical restraints in the last episode but that was mainly for completists. |
