Paralyzed and gagged
The Estella Warren scene in "The Stranger Inside" features her being ballgagged and paralyzed. Are there any other scenes where the damsel is gagged and paralyzed instead of bound?

Of course, there are scenes where the damsel is both bound AND paralyzed, like Jennifer Garner in Alias.

Rebecca Budig, All My Children. One of the scenes where she definitely should have been gagged but wasn't.

Nothing happened, but a teaser in the final scene to the next new episode next year. Sarah Shahi and the glasses guy were double crossed by the people they were working with and captured at gunpoint as the episode ended. No promo for next episode that airs Jan. 7.

Shahi needs a gag in the worst way.

Did she steal a nurse uniform at least?

This doesn't surprise me too much. If done the right way, I think most actresses enjoy playing a damsel in distress as long as the scene isn't super gory, realistic, or intense. When I asked a girl who had played an extra in a Spanish commercial where she was bound and gagged she replied with a "it was fun. Just glad I wasn't tied up too tight. Lol" so I don't think these women make that big of a deal if they're bound and gagged. Just see it as part of a job/role/gig.

Captive (2014)
A movie to be released next year titled "Captive" starring Kate Mara and Mimi Rogers could have some real potential for us. The synopsis is as follows:

A single mother struggling with drug addiction is taken hostage in her own apartment by a man on the run from the law for breaking out of jail and murdering the judge assigned to his case.

I didn't recall this being mentioned, but my apologies if it was already. Imdb doesn't have an exact date besides 2014. It's definitely something to keep an eye on, though.

Need of help to find VHS cover
Back in the early to mid 90s, I was at a video store and I saw a D-T-V movie, in which the cover had a picture of a blonde woman's gagged face. She was gagged with a white cleave gag. It looked like some cheap commando film. There was a picture of a buff guy, shirtless, holding a machine gun. I haven't seen that box cover in years, so I was curious if someone knows the title? I tried searching for it, without any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Scene of the Year
For me the scene of the year it is a scene with a magnificent Michelle Rouillard from the Tu voz estereo!

Maximum Overkill, or something like that

Not to be confused with Maximum Overdrive. Apparently no B&G scenes in the movie itself

Interesting that she's merely asked what her favorite episode was. Might have been fun and games while filming

No, they were both tied up. Nicki played herself dominating herself, so it's one of those deals where a double plays her when the camera's shooting the actress from another angle: like one odd those "evil twin" deals we see from time to time in soaps and other things. It's definitely the actual Nicki tied to the chair.

SOAPNet's imminent demise
Done at the end of 2013. I hear it's already been yanked from a couple of cable packages.

CBS already reruns its daytime soaps on the TV Guide Channel.

Are there even scenes on the daytime soaps these days? I think General Hospital had a quickie this fall, and that's about it recently.

Thanks. That has to be one of the biggest teases of all time. I'll keep searching for the film to just see the image, but that is disappointing.

Re: Person of Interest

No, but something to keep in mind: The standard film trope for competent assassins/government ops/serial killers/etc (her character all rolled into one) is to *quietly* steal a uniform from an unoccupied locker room/closet without drawing attention to themselves and impersonate a doctor or nurse. In this case she impersonated a doctor complete with fake ID (assumed provided by brainy Elvis Costello) and fooled a secret service agent -- which was natural for her since her character had a flashback a while back where she actually started as a brilliant doctor/surgeon before becoming an assasin/govt op/etc.

The only time a nurse or doctor is (comically) tied up for their uniform is by a crook/amateur trying to make a quick getaway from a hospital. This is what I remember from past films; there could be an exception but I doubt it, someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Considering past experience on this show I doubt the next episode will have a decent scene for her but anything is possible.

Actually, I have a very similar story, a drama student friend who has made a few indie movies and in one ended up tied to a chair & gagged. While fishing for her reaction I had casually said something about it like "Oh that sounds fun" or something. Point is, she said it was no big deal to her, but that she was very embarassed being gagged in the movie. She said being tied up was no biggie (she even said the same thing as Paco mentioned, that it was "just a job", but that she was totally embarassed being gagged, and the whole time was hoping to get that part over as fast as possible.

She did not mind BEING gagged per se, just being SEEN gagged, by her friends or family or what-not (didn't get THAT many details!). I kinda thought that was both odd and interesting.

White Collar
Preview for the next episode shows guest star red-headed Bridget Regan as a tied and bandanna cleave gagged hostage. Runs on USA, but won't be shown for three weeks - on Jan. 9.

Was going to enter as the first alert for the new year, but I'll need the engineer to update the input form when he gets some free time.

Re: Scene of the Year
The best scene of the year was Mariska Hargitay
