I agree with Kenny here .
One of my all time fave scenes was from the british series "The Professionals" episode the Killer with a long arm .
A family are being held hostage in their apartment and at one point the hostage takers decide to leave them tied up in a back room ,there's a decent close up of a flesh coloured elastoplast gaga being applied to the reasonably attractive mother as she struggles and glares at the villain .
The Thriller episode kill two birds ,is also a good scene with similar tape used but it is vastly underused in TV and film in my opinion .Looks far better and more effective than duct tape .

There was a time when Bollywood movies and Indian TV used white microfoam tape in almost every tape gag scenes they produced but recently it decreased not totaly but mostly, now usually they use small papery barey sticky tape and that is very dissapointing.
So duct tape isn't that bad, it is still in a normal size and not in a tiny stamp size.

And I'll just use this as a super-friendly reminder to the OP that it's always beneficial to spell damsels' names correctly, because that allows users to search for them. Not a huge deal when it's just a list like this, but if you're ever posting about something someone wants to search for, know that 6 of these 12 spellings (including the constantly misspelled Dana Delany) are wrong.

Sorry about the extra quoted text, Mod...
Not sure how that happened. I'll be more careful in the future. :)

It would be interesting to know exactly why she said this. Because a single strip can be worked off or because the person can still make noise behind it?
Wraparound can fix the first problem. As to the second, there is no really effective gag imo unless you get into extreme stuffing which puts the person in very real danger of choking to death - which is the main reason why they stay silent and don't try to make noise in their throat.

Some potential here for a scenario I don't think has ever been done before. Since they played detectives on tv previously… Jennie and Tori are tied up not gagged. One of them says--"remember that time on Mystery Girls when we were tied up and we squirmed over to the bookshelf and knocked the bottle off and used the broken pieces to free ourselves? Maybe we can do that again?"

According to the spoilers, there is some kind of hostage situation.
