No but actress's name is in file and a quick IMDB check and it's almost certainly from "Ready or Not"

Yeah you must be right. Thank you. So, I guess this is an upcoming movie coming in August.

**MAKE A STATEMENT?** Ha ha, what a fantastic line! Possibly one of the best lines ever written on these pages! But, yeah, really only those two pieces of restraints are truly necessary - the rest are "overkill," should not be needed - (including hogties).

At any rate, I will try to find those examples - but they may be really hard to get. Only one probably available is the I.T. movie.

Thanks for the input on these.

Nothing in the trailer, where is the screenshot from. Really hoping the scene makes the final film,is that a panel gag? Looks incredible!

I posted the foreign trailer for this film, (Ready or Not), over on the video page. It features the wide shot that was image captured, as well as a close up of Samara Weaving’s full treatment scene in this film.

The small semi-circular arc cut into the top edge to provide clearance for the nose would seem to suggest that it is indeed a black leather panel gag. I don’t know if it’s custom fit for that particular damsel, as another poster inquired; but it certainly is a mainstream rarity.

Of course, the best panel gags not only provide clearance for the nose, but have also two small leather straps for under the chin and over the bridge of the nose. You know, just to make sure everything stays in place. But, I digress...

Seen it now, thanks. Close up shows the gag to be quite loose sadly :( Still hopeful tho..

I would not refer to hogties as “overkill”. They deserve to be used more often, though only in the proper context.

The function of the hogtie is to make sure that the girl stays in place when you have nothing to tie her to except herself.

Hogties are perfect to use in dramatic situations where it is necessary to leave the bound and gagged captive alone and unguarded (ex. T. J. Hooker episode “The Obsession” (5.09), with Heather Locklear).

Nor would I refer to knee and elbow bindings as “overkill”. Their function is to immobilize the legs and arms, respectively, so that the girl can’t loosen the ankle and wrist bindings. Nothing wrong with that. Especially if you have to raise her skirt to apply the knee bindings…

Perhaps but hardly a frequent(or even infrequent) occurrence in mainstream stuff. How many even basic panel gags has their been all time? Only Hellraiser 3 comes to mind immediately.

Three other memorable examples from back in the day: After Hours (Linda Fiorentino), Romance (Caroline Ducey), Dragonheart (Dina Meyer, ridiculously fleetingly considering the rigging effort involved).

Man sorry to disagree but I think it's one of the less sticky tapegags I've seen this year xD.
Looks like she has something between her lips and the tape

Well, IMO tape gags overall are THE WORST, especially in mainstream scenes. Unless the tape is wrapped around her head several times they are all no good. Either there is air bubbles, the tape is not sticky or it is so flimsy it looks like it will fall off at any tape. Plus non wrap around tape gags don't even look attractive - one square piece of tape is the worst!

Don't forget the panel ball-gag Caroline Ducey wore in "Romance"!While we don't see the insertion moment, we do see the removal in loving close-up. After she stops crying (I won't spoil the minor reason for anyone who hasn't seen it), he apologizes for the gag and offers to omit it from now on, but she says she loves being gagged, and wants to wear it as soon as she is done crying (her nose is now running as well).

You also forget Francesca Annis in the theatrical "Dune"! She had a large gag-plug, not a mere muzzle, and we once again watched the removal in tight close-up. There was also some discussion of her gag on camera, but she barely made a sound, so no gag-talk.

Dune, but it also had a built-in bit as well.

A quick look at my scene collection turned up these as well:

-"Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead"- Bianca Bradey was tied standing with her arms cuffed above her head and was wearing a panel gag

-"Gotham"- Erin Richards also tied standing & arms above head with a nice panel gag (some drool if I recall!)

-"Don't Breathe"- Franciska Toroscik was teahter to the ceiling by a harness & had a leather panel gag on, laced around her head.

-In "The Barbarians", wasn't Virginia Bryant gagged with a leather panel gag? Been so long I forget!

-in "FearDotCom" Isabelle Van Waes was strapped to an upright table & gagged with a leather plug gag

-"Alien Apocalypse"- Renee O'Connor & Neda Sokolovska were gagged with leather panel gags & forced to work

Others: Alona Tal in an episode of "Veronica Mars", Ellina McCormick in "Frozen in Fear" (aka "The Flying Dutchman"), Iris Braydon in "Woman's Murder Club", an episode of "Pretty Little Liars" had Sasha Pieterse strapped to a hospital bed & gagged with a leather harness panel gag.

Actually more than I would have thought......

Hillbillys in a Haunted House
This movie is schlock at it's worst, but the crap fest has the ultra buxom Joi Lansing b/g in a pretty good scene. I don't recall it being shown on TV all that much, but TCM is indeed showing it next Monday morning. See alerts
