| I first watched this series back in the 1960s when it was new on ABC. After all this time, a little Easter egg I'd never noticed before. Two agents -- one played by George Takei (Mr. Sulu) and the other by the beautiful Pilar Seurat -- are being watched by Captain Crane and Seaman Kowalski. The captain knows one of them is an enemy agent, but not which one. He tells Kowalski, "Keep her under guard." She's offended by this so she says, "Why don't you bind and gag me too, Captain?" The captain and the admiral on this show were never the brightest bulbs around, so, true to form, he ignores her excellent question instead of accommodating. Still, it was fun hearing her suggest it. |

Female lead knocked out 45 minutes in, wakes up in a chair, hands taped to each chair arm with black tape. The guy claims he's trying to protect her from heading out into the night because twisters are possible. She's set loose and escapes about 1 hour in. I'd expect her to get tied up again, but we'll see. |

Before being caught, she was able to dial a friend and the cops. The cops already showed up, and despite seeing her, he never rushed down the storm cellar to gag the female. Instead, the female cop snoops around the property long enough to hear her yelling. But when she opens the storm door, the bad guy kills her with a gun. Likely someone else will show up and maybe she'll get gagged . |

Two more females tied up but this assclown bad guy does not believe in gags. Female lead knocked out with drugged drink, this time wakes up cuffed to a table. She gets free and wanders the property and finds another female tied up but not gagged. Then, in a flashback, the second female tells the story how the bad guy abducted her. In the flashback, her mother (a real hottie) is seen in the kitchen tied to a chair with ropes (no gag of course). The daughter bolts but is captured. No sign of the hot mother yet. |
