But keeping in mind the scarce number of active users here who actively engage on the page, there's a chance that we may not get enough votes. In that case if one video is nominated by more than one people, then naturally that clip will be considered winner in its category and each nomination will be taken as a vote. Either way we will get a collection of some best bondage clips belonging to different interesting categories,in one place. Won't that be fun? But for that more people will need to participate.....till now we only have nominations from two people (including myself)..... |

I've laid out 7 different categories By the way the nominations can be posted either on discussion page (if you're just posting names of movie/tv and actress) or they can be posted on video page (if you are linking the video clips of your nominations) Also, it is not necessary to give nominations in all categories, if you like you can only nominate scenes for the categories you like. So far, nominations have been posted by 2 sources on the video page (total 24 great clips combining all categories). We are eagerly waiting for more nominations. I completely agree about Heather Locklear, she is absolutely drop-dead gorgeous....and she had so many scenes. My favourite one is her scene from Dynasty. My only regret is I don't have that clip in high resolution. |

So, I guess the term "unauthorized use" doesn't apply here. We're okay. But I understand that your counsel was given with good intentions, and I'm not arguing with you in anyway. If you or anyone else has any problem using the term Oscar, they can just replace it with 'Awards'. The main objective of this imaginary award is to share our thoughts and celebrate our love for bondage....and above all to have fun. So,give your nominations, share your thoughts....join the fun :) |

| Recently saw a promo of clips for this upcoming show (coming out 4/30) that showed an indigenous girl in casual wear tied hands in front, maybe ankles and gagged, being carried out of a house over the shoulder by what I presumed to be a govt agent. Also a couple of shots of two cute girls (blonde and redhead) blindfolded but not bound being led thru a field (wtf?). Seems to be an anthology show about the time mid-20th century when indigenous american and canadian kids/teens were taken against their will from their families and brought to schools to be brainwashed and abused into 'society'. Not the type of show where I expected this but I'll take it. |
