It didn't...there was, in fact, a rather interesting twist on the kidnapping, but no scene. A chair with attached ropes was shown, but overturned, after our victim was removed form the hideout. |

NCIS is messing with us so much now that they are making the kidnapped women the criminals lol. Small chance for FBI. It looks like there will be a scene for this week's Law and Order Organized Crime on Thursday. |
