Entry #9557: the damsel in this Dr. Who episode is not Wendy Padbury, but in fact Jane Sherwyn. They are pretty different in fact.

The record ion the database is not entirely complete for this.
Yasuko plays Suki, the housekeeper of the detective hero. She is a Japanese girl in her early twenties. She is introduced pushed backwards into the room so that we get to see her tied wrists behind her and then turned by her captor so hat we see the thick white cleave.Couple of close ups before we see get pushed onto thje sofa. In the next scene she is still sat on the sofa with the gag hanging loosely around her neck.At one [point the other heroine Nyree dawn Porter begins to untie her hands but is interrupted. She drops a nailfile so Suki can finish the job herself.Several close ups of her sawing at the ropes with a nail file.( Interestingly as then couch is a strange shape she has to hold her wrists very high up on her hack with the hands pointing upwards so the camera can see them which would be hard to escape from and probably uncomfortable. When one of the heroes arrives back Suki is gagged again with the white cloth OTM.Lots of close ups of face and wrists before she manages to sww through the bonds at the last second and fights the bad guys while still gagged.Costume= lilac top and purple velour trousers. Nyree dawn Porter also has a partial scene with one wrist handcuffed to a chair. hope this helps |

No problems with your's, but we've had silly twits like Asian go and specific mention "Chilled-Wrens" right after Brian asked to avoid that. If you figure important for ID or something though, let me know |

"I recommend replying
before you start." Yes, normal would. This case was deciding if needed editing up to last minute. "I'm afraid my changes overwrote whatever you did." Realise, up to you Buddy. there's some real stunned bunnies posting here, but they only a problem if you figure they are? If you don't worry about age ref leading back into problem area, then neither I. |

Ok, seems best, especially with people home for holidays. > "I'm afraid my changes overwrote whatever > you did." > Realise, up to you Buddy. Not that I think mine are better, and you can certainly review/update as you like. > there's some real stunned bunnies posting here, but they > only a problem if you figure they are? ??? > If you don't worry about age ref leading back into > problem area, then neither I. I don't really care about "twenties" but I incorped your suggestion as well for consistency. |

"there's some real stunned bunnies posting here, but they only a problem if you figure they are?" "???" Well, David used to post and post pointing out things, but some fellas never paid heed, correct? Didn't really get too heavy on that. Reading your past posts, got impression making certain age references might cause you problems. So tried to deter that by editing all out. Was an idea, and figured could use IMDB to search up when born anyway. But if you feel won't cause you problems, then I'd just leave them all be. |

Wednesday December 24 20:32:45 2003 9571 Ref |
Record number: 9571 Title: Law and Order: Special Victims Unit Medium: TV Series Actress: unknown Description: Episode: Tragedy The detectives find a pregnant woman who has been abducted tied to the headboard of a bed in an abandoned beach house. Her wrists are secured with cloth straps apparently made from torn sheets -- she is not otherwise restrained and she is not gagged. Some may be turned off by the fact that, as she is in labor, the clothes covering the lower half of her body are soaked with blood. ________ "Tragedy" (5.1) gs: Kellie Martin (Melinda Granville) Gabriel Olds (Daniel Lester) Marisa Ryan (Laura Bergeron) Daniel Sunjata (CSU Technician) Joel de la Fuente (Morales) Clarke Thorell (Sam Marlett) Lynn Cohen (Studio Arts League Director) Karen Goberman (Annika Bergeron) Shirley Knight (Rose Granville) Tonye Patano (Sally) Adrianne Frost (Marva Taylor) Lou Martini Jr. (Moe) David Conley (Mike O'Brien) John DiBenedetto (Tony) Tony Freeman (Dr. Crespo) Caren Browning (Captain Judith Siper) Dennis T. Pressey (K-9 Officer Dumont) John Knox (Warden Fergus) Sharron Bower (Reporter) NOTE: This is the second time Shirley Knight has guest-starred on the show. Both times it was in a season premiere, and both times she played someone who appeared to be an innocent bystander but actually turned out to be the bad guy. Kellie Martin is the third former ER cast member to have guest starred on SVU. The first was Gloria Reuben, and Erik Palladino , who has a recurring role. Stephanie March is still listed in the opening credits. Strangely, this is also the second season premiere in a row where an evil woman insists, "I know men." |
