I just wanted to let you know that your episode title updates are a GREAT help in allowing me to ID many scenes that I didn't have the episode title for. A few of the DB entries you helped fix were my own submissions to the DB.
I hate entering them without the episode title, I usually post caps on discussion first. If no one ID's it there, I reluctantly enter it as "unknown" hoping that by making a record of the scene, someone will eventually ID the title. Thank you. |

Since I don't have the possibility of making caps or video, or something else, I'm trying to give my little contribute someway different: by searching and searching. I'm glad you like it. Dean1 |

Tuesday December 02 08:41:18 2003 Okay, here's the straight dope on Dark Shadows. |
As I began to suspect yesterday, the database description that purports to be for Episode 1188 is actually for a scene in a later episode, namely number 1190. The loose front-tied gag makes a brief appearance right at the beginning of the episode. I'm watching it right now-oh, my God, her captor just did the worst job of trying to tie on a cleave gag I've ever seen; it didn't even stay up long enough for him to leave the room! Looks like Kate's about to wriggle out of the ropes and make her escape, so we should have accurate descriptions in the database before the day is out. |

> Just for your own information, here's photo of Erin. Nothing conclusive but my gut says DuPlantier is correct. Both women are made up very differently than Cummings in the link, but I recall the damsel in question looked like a light skinned African American whereas Cummings looks very white. There's also the fact that I've seen DuPlantier credited as "Prostitute #2". She's the second one to appear/speak, and it seems reasonable that a script would assign numbers to same named characters based on the order in which they have lines. I also noticed that someboody else made the entry again yesterday listing DuPlantier as the DiD before it was removed. So again, it's hard to be sure but if I had to guess I'd say it's DuPlantier. |

Tuesday December 02 16:18:29 2003 Correction to Record number: 9456 !!! |
Dear Moderator,
I did a little mistake while adding the entry for "Feeling This"! I wanted to write "The scene is less than a second in length" not "less than a minute". Furthermore I think it should be "shortly shown tied" instead of "short shown", but that is not the main problem. Sorry for my mistakes, See you, Xanatol |

"my gut says DuPlantier" Glad could be of assist. "I also noticed that someboody else made the entry again yesterday listing DuPlantier as the DiD before it was removed." Yes, I removed it. Afew years back there some fellas that had alternative DB's, one Chloro and other Carrying. Haven't heard from neither in awhile, forget actual address to them. One Mark?, definitely in Europe as I sent him tapes. Just have to recall which he ran? |

Okay, just checked and don't have site address. Best can do. Anyway, nice fella running that Chloro DB (when can recall where?) Chance he already has that ID'd and marked. If I find it, I'll let you know. |

Tuesday December 02 23:58:20 2003 Woops. |
I just aded an entry for an episode of Sex on the Riviera promoting the film "Bound and Gagged: A Love Story", and while I was looking up one of the actresses' name on the IMDB I accidentally submitted the entry before typing the actresses name into the description.
Sorry for the mistake. The entry is # 9460 The actress is Karen Black. |
