If you know it's bogus, then delete, but not because you think it might be. |

That's supposed to be handled by the notification system, not deletion. Sounds like we need some additional facilities for recording history on some of these things. You're deleting because it was deleted before, even though you don't know why. The goal is to have the most complete and most accurate database possible within the constraints of a purely volunteer labor force. The goal is not make sure no bogus entries are in at the expense of deleting good ones. It's also not the goal to have every scene at the expense of a bunch of false ones. Entries should be deleted for a good reason. Contributors do need to follow the rules for entering. If they don't, they need to be alerted. It they don't respond, then I will revoke their privileges. |

Basically I'm going to improve the delete system to give us more traceability AND keep the contributor automatically informed when there are problems that require deletion. |
