Is this from "Robert Townsend Hollywood Shuffle"? If so, I'm finding a "Robert Townsend" entry in the database but it only lists one actress but the scene has two.

Spanish scene, I already searched for variants of gas station in database. Cops move in when the man in black on the right side of the image is distracted by an attendant that starts the pump behind them and sprays him with gas from the nozzle.

Frig, problems with the tape. As yet, Menaces apprears to be German film Joy Fieldings Mörderischer Sommer (1997) One bound nude dead woman at start, Hand gag or whatever in vision. Still some sorting to do on this one. |

I think it's from Townsend Television, see link below. I'd say that this is what the DB entry refers to, note it says "several others" which is how I recall it. I haven't found an episode guide for the show. |

The reason why I thought it was Hollywood Shuffle is the lady on the left in this poster looks like the same lady as the one on the left in the scene itself. |
