Checked on Google, ask.com and IMDb yet came up with nothing. The only hits I got were where the original Blood Diner was mentioned followed by 2 or two on the next text line. I also searched for "blood diner too" and got no results. It wouldn't be the first time a film fell through the cracks, but maybe you should post to Discussion asking if anybody can verify this film really exists?

Title: Maniac (1980)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Gail Lawrence

Description: She's been captured by the titular maniac, who apparently confuses her with "Mommy". She's tied spread-eagle to the bed with wire, and a gagged with a yellow cloth cleave. Lengthy scene with many closeups. He ungags her at one point, then regags her shortly. At the end though, he does her in with a knife thrust.

***

Scene occurs 80 minutes in without commercials.

"Checked on Google, ask.com and IMDb yet came up with nothing."

Thanx

"post to Discussion asking if anybody can verify this film really exists?"

Interest was in ID'ing, at times a search can bring up actress name.
If doubt it exist, likely it'll be ejected.

Thanx for the assist.

Title: Stripperella
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Pamela Anderson

Description: Episode: unknown

The parsimonious villain, Cheapo, is recruiting supervillains to participate in a heist of copper bars(valued at $16 apiece) from a nondescript, low-end casino. Erotica Jones, Stripperella's alter ego, goes undercover as the villainess Robin Stuff, and agrees to collaborate with Cheapo. She is wearing a sexy pink miniskirt and a snug matching top that bares a lot of cleavage.
Unfortunately, her colleague from the topless joint recognizes her on the street and arouses Cheapo's suspicions. He knocks her out when the other stripper leaves.
When Erotica awakens, she is bound hand and foot, but is not gagged. Cheapo misspells his directions to his henchmen, writing "Bury in dessert" instead of "Bury in desert", so Erotica is to be smothered to death in a gigantic hot fudge sundae.
She is placed in a giant glass bowl, and subsequently drenched in vanilla ice cream. She cuts her way out of the bowl with special drill bits located on her nipples. She then struggles sexily to escape her bonds, engaging in some rather athletic moves to free herself. She then proceeds to apprehend the villains. Inexplicably, she is rather dry for someone who's just been immersed in vanilla ice cream. Despite the lack of a gag in this scene, it is enjoyable for its length, originality, and hilarity. Having Erotica gagged would've enhanced its delectablity immeasurably, and made it the perfect bondage scene.

First, two previous entries have: Actress: Animated (Voiced by Pamela Anderson aka Pamela Anderson Lee)
So imagine same, and edit as such.

If this poster from United States?
Two favoured:
Episode: "Cheapo By The Dozen" (1.11)
Aired 11th on US channel Spike. Lines up with name mentioned in description.
From air-sched:
"Cheapo tries to gather a group of villains to ransack Las Vegas."

Episode: "The Wrath of Klinko" (1.5)
Also aired 11th on US channel Spike.
Matches part of description given:
From air-sched:
"Klinko is using copy machines to brainwash people into doing criminal acts."

Re: Stripperella, Episode: "Cheapo By The Dozen" (1.11)

Noticed in air-scheds,
US channel Spike re-airing this ep, Mar 22nd.
If one of you wants to assist in sorting?

Brian exempted, as Blues likely be in OT at time. ;)

Favouring those US airings

This from description:

"The parsimonious villain, Cheapo, is recruiting supervillains to participate in a heist of copper bars(valued at $16 apiece) from a nondescript, low-end casino"

This from US channel Spike site:

"Cheapo's back -- out of prison and back with his two henchmen, trying to bring together an "Ocean's Eleven" group of villains to ransack the Vegas strip. until Stripperella shows up!"

Figure close enough for a Possible Alert Spike channel for Mar 22.
