| I have been using KeepVid with nearly 100% success to download YT vids for a long time. Suddenly I have a video (part 2 from a channel I downloaded 12 other videos) that keeps giving an error message (it says it could be the wrong URL [no] or an unsupported host [definitely not]). This video also required me to log on to prove my age. Any suggestions for another downloader or how to get KeepVid to behave? Thanks. |

The most reliable combination I had been using (Firefox+FlashGot) just broke when Firefox completely restructured its plugin support. I haven't found 100% success with KeepVid either, and Google appears to be cracking down on apps in the Play Store that try to offer this functionality. Fortunately, one app that has always come through for me in a pinch (so far) is youtube-dl. It's actually a command-line program rather than a browser plugin, so using it requires a bit more than a click, but it's cross-platform and easy to install. With no arguments apart from a URL, it will simply download the highest-quality version available, but it also has an amazing variety of command-line options for format selection and lots of other special needs. I would recommend it enthusiastically. |

| I was wondering similar to reality tv shows where contestants/players get tied up like in fort boyard or TORE! does anyone know of escape room videos where the participants start by being tied up? Apparently Singapore has a few where they start cuffed and have to escape, but no available videos of the sort. |
