She is seen again in the same predicament later in the program. 2) Title: Strip Mall Medium: TV Series Actress: Julie Brown Description: Episode: "Big Hanger" (1.10) Tammi Tyler (Julie Brown) is hand-over-the-mouth snatched while giving an autograph to someone she thinks is a fan. She is next seen in the trunk of a car, bound and gagged. The kidnapper has tied her hands in front so she quickly removes the gag. The kidnapper closes the trunk . . . To Be Continued . . . (in the next episode -- the next season's opening episode). 3) Title: Strip Mall Medium: TV Series Actress: Julie Brown, Cindy Williams Description: Episode: "Whatever Happened To Tammi Tyler" (2.1) Ms. Brown is very briefly shown being handgagged and then seen bound hands in front in a reprise from last season's finale (Episode 0110), in which she was also shown gagged ever so quickly.
