| After seeing a fan made promo I'm afraid she is not going to be gagged much after the beginning when he takes her gag off. We can hear her screaming as he tortures her so it probably going to have her ungagged and tortured for most of the episode. Here is the promo on which I based what I wrote in this message. |

I don't know what's easiest, but when I had that question last year Sam pointed me toward MKVmerge GUI, and I've been using that ever since. It takes a bit of trial and error usually though. |

I agree. It could be that the 30 seconds or so we see her gagged (in the first promo above) is all we're going to get. And even though hollywood can still make anyone look good for their age, I just find myself not as excited about this scene as I thought I'd be. But of course I'll still watch it :) |

I would've made an edit of that a while ago, but for my liking they cropped too much of it (top & bottom) to fit 16:9 as opposed to its original AR of 4:3. Blu-ray releases have been doing a lot of that lately. Recently I saw what they did with Joy Ride, which I think was originally 16:9 according to my old HDTV edit......Well, they only went and cropped the holy hell out of it in order to fit 2:35 for Blu-ray. Definitely not worth the re-download. Personally, I'll stick with your lossless VOB edit of Columbo from last year. The Blu-ray cuts off way too much of Joanna Going's cute bod lying on the mattress. |

However, some HDTV versions of movies are available in "open matte", which reveals more of the frame (to 1.78:1). I assume this was the case with Joy Ride. There may be more open matte versions of 2.35:1 movies with bondage scenes around. |

I guess that would explain why Idle Hands has become progressively more cropped with each release; Alba's hot bod used to be almost completely visible in 4:3, but somewhere along the way it's been tragically over-cropped in its current 1.85:1 release. |
