| I was saddened to hear of Melody Patterson's passing. I looked her up in the database, and I was a little surprised to see it come up completely blank. In the 1971 horror flick "Blood and Lace" she was briefly gagged with a dishtowel by the psycho, who used it to lead her along to his sinister walk-in freeze. The action starts at about 1:12:36. Sadly, there are no really good views of this. |

About 75 minutes (with commercials) into this episode the count's daughter Agnese Ristori (Felberbaum) is abducted from her carriage by brigands. She's bound (hands behind) to a pole with a thick rope (next to a putz). After she yells at the bad guys, one of the bandits takes a large blue-purple scarf and he gags OTM her, resulting in some very nice close-ups of her gagged face. Later another outlaw ungags her, leaving the cloth hanging around her neck. She remains tied to a pole for some minutes after the man who shared her predicament is led away. Eventually, she manages to free herself from her bonds and pulls the scarf off her neck. Sarah wears a dress appropriate for the early 19th century time frame. |
