No struggling or mmpphhing at this point, but great views of her glaring angrily at everyone around her. Her captor keeps a gun pointed at her, all the while slowly reversing the wheelchair and listing his crimes to Jack. After about 2mins, Kate knocks the gun out of his hands and he (wheelchair and all) tumble down the steps in a heap. Just before the fall, Jack catches Kate in his arms and gazes at her gagged face. In a nice comical touch to end the scene, he leaves her bound and gagged to mmpphh away as he talks on his mobile phone. I kid those Justine scenes, but I'm still a sucker for them, despite their so-bad-it's-fantastic acting and other liabilities.
