Video Page

This page is for posting links to online streaming video, Youtube and things like that. The rules are somewhat looser than Discussion. You can post and discuss mainstream and related amateur video. Do not post clips from commercial videos. It's usually not that hard to tell the difference.

That is neat. I always wondered how it would feel to actually know a damsel in a scene.

Too bad Voth hasn't been gagged. She'd look great.

Editing question
How do you get the exact keyframes to do precise cuts to a scene in MKVMerge?

You can't. Since it doesn't have a real-time preview function like many of the popular editors, it's pure guesswork as to where the keyframes will be. That's why it's less than ideal for most DiDclippers, but it remains my util of choice.

The way I've always done it is by punching in the timecodes where it says "Enable splitting > After timecodes", but ALWAYS 1 SECOND BEHIND. That's crucial right there; if the scene change occurs at 00:14:00, you want to instead key in 00:13:59 to land on (hopefully) the working keyframe so that it splits correctly.
