| There's a German movie called "Dresden Mord - Nachtgestalten" (2016) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5232196/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_11 , starting beautiful Anja Kling and Lisa Tomaschewsky. It contains a scene as seen in the screenshot bellow of a girl tied to a chair, but it's unknown who the actress is.
