Later, Heather is cuffed to the seat in the back of a van. William Shatner is chasing the van and causes an accident in which the van gets totally crashed. But what a surprise: Heather is not dead, she is still sitting on her seat and lets Shatner run after the killer instead of untying her. |

Later our heros, when the good guys ambush the bad guys' camp find Teal Eye with her wrists bound in front and no longer gagged. Two short scenes. |

They are carried bound across the pirates' shoulders. At the shore they are deposited on the beach where they are laid on their backs among the loot. They struggle and one refuses to drink wine. They are rescued. Later, Maureen O'Hara is abducted by a pirate suitor. She is forced into a carriage while gagged with her own shawl. From the position of her arms it seems they are bound and her legs probably are too. In the final sequence, after she is forced to masquerade as her abductor's wife, another pirate seizes her as a hostage. Since she is seized from bed, she is wearing a nightgown. She is tied in a cabin with her hands behind her, her bindings also being fastened to some piece of furniture. She struggles mightily. |

This scene is repeated near the end of the movie, along with a brief sex scene at about an hour and 50 minutes in which Gyllenhaal stands with her back to a pine tree, her wrists lashed together behind it. Despite this story's obviously having been inspired by such works as Story of O, The Collector, and 9 1/2 Weeks. these are the film's only bondage scenes. |

She hops the chair over (her legs are not bound) to a jagged piece of metal edging and works herself free, then peels off the tape. She's wearing a panted suit, an overcoat and boots. Note: The second part of the bondage sequence, her freeing and ungagging herself, was cut from the last airing on PAX (8/3/04). |
