Seated in a chair, a groggy Patricia then finds her wrists being taped in front of her, with a smaller piece applied as a gag. Several brief scenes over the next couple of minutes before villainess Erika pushes her victim into another room, placing her on the floor before applying tape to her ankles. Our heroine eventually self-administers an antidote, frees herself, and saves her husband and the day. Her DiD costuming consists of Early Soccer Mom blouse and pants. |

| Episode: "Avalon" (9.02) This is a *NEW* episode, so the following is based on spoiler info & images.
(This is science fiction, so ante-up the required suspension-of-disbelief.) Daniel Jackson & Vala (CLAUDIA BLACK) are transported into the bodies of two other people in a distant galaxy. They figure this out by looking at "themselves" in a mirror (like in "Quantum Leap"), but the actors otherwise on-screen playing Daniel & Vala (playing the other two characters) are Michael What's-his-name & CLAUDIA. Anyhoo... the female character (Vala (CLAUDIA)) is burned alive for religious reasons! She'll be seen kneeling on a stone platform, chained at the ankles & wrists. Things *will* get gruesome before (apparently) they pop back to their real bodies on earth. |

| very early AM. Unlike most movies where the damsel is menaced in the last 10 minutes, this one gives us bookend scenes at start and finish, so watch the whole thing. Also unlike so many movies that are forgettable besides "the scene", this movie is great! |

Record number: 819 Title: Bound (1996) Medium: Movie Actress: Gina Gershon, Jennifer Tilly Description: Ms. Tilly is the frustrated wife of a low-level mobster, and Ms. Gershon is her newly-found love interest. Together they hatch a plot to make off with a stash of the mob's money. Gershon is shown in three brief precursor scenes, bound hand and foot with a good bit of white rope and thickly gagged with a knotted cleave on the floor of a closet. The first is during the film's opening credits, the second about 40' in (one brief closeup of her face), and the third at the beginning of the main bondage sequence about 20' from the end. She wears a tank top, pants and boots. Tilly wears a red dress and heels. When Tilly's husband figures out their scheme, he knocks both unconscious in respective struggles and ties each with their ankles together and their hands behind their backs. He lays Gershon on the floor before him, and places Tilly in a chair. When he leaves the room for a moment, Tilly slides onto the floor to try and help Gershon, but before she can, he returns with a pair of tin snips, gags Tilly as described above for Gershon, and threatens to cut off her fingers one at a time unless Gershon tells him where the money is. Then his door buzzer sounds, and, after again knocking Gershon out, he carries her -- now also gagged -- into the closet, then lifts Tilly over his shoulder to carry her into the bathroom, where he lays her on the floor with her back propped up against a wall. After he convinces her to help him hide the situation from the mob enforcers on their way up to the apartment, there is a shot of Tilly untying her ankles. Once the gangsters leave, Tilly runs for it, and while her husband chases her, Gershon manages to open the closet doors and writhe over to where he left the tin snips, which she uses to escape. In a two-hour AMC airing, with ads, the closeup comes in around the 40' mark, as stated, but the last segment begins about 90' in, and continues on until around the 112' mark. |
